Oops. Looks like I ruined it for everyone.
Building base shields and jump drives in Gallia just got a good bit harder.

Are you sure? I heard the Unione Corse still has a sizeable smuggled stock stashed somewhere.

Cloak Disruptors use light cloak batteries. The dummy item is here due to a game limitation.

Dummy is sold only on Admin base for testing purpose. As Cloak Disruptor is technically a CM, it needs ammo (to be a Disruptor only, not a valid CM). You don't need it anyway.

Liners are transports. They can only use the MK1.
