Very simple, if we assume the said snub will buy the regens that the carrier is actually using, you are draining the carrier, thus giving you a reason not to be alone, but have a bomber with you or whatever.

This can be a thing in group fights, and will add some variety to pvp, but in small scale fights, I agree it might be annoying, since the amount of regens snubs are carrying is laughable compared to capitals.

Well it will take me 6 months to drain an Atlantis that way - an Atlantis that is probably already shooting at me as well, knowing how things usually work around here.

Sure, it's ideal to always have a full wing on your side, but playercount etc.

Plus, some of us like to be "lone wolves" and look for duels and small skirmishes against 2-3 enemies; it's not necessarily conducive to better/more gameplay that you are forced to fly in a wing if you don't want to get abused. I don't mind losing fights, but there's a limit.

Personally, I'll just do what I do when I meet a known missile/torp spammer or a cloaker: Dock, log off and read a book. Just because a few people spent a little bit of time to get better, they shouldn't be taken as some sort of PVP-entertainment machines that it's fair to put through all kinds of stuff just because some other players are bad and refuse to train and get better. Except for a very small group of players that seem to rarely play, there aren't really that big a difference in people's PVP-skills. We're all scrubs.

Get good or die horribly, that's at the core of any game for 10+ year olds, but in Disco we have all these means to avoid a fair fight already. It undermines the actual game and we don't need any more of that.

(I'm not particular good at PVP, just spent a bit of time to become "not bad" - anyone can do that with ease, if they want to)
