I believe the original intention was just to get the who's who of criminals and psychopaths bundled together. Ones that ANYBODY could hunt down if the price was right. As it stands, quite a lot of factions already have their own bounty boards which're regularly updated. I'd presume that this'd be a universal one.

An example wanted poster, which could be updated by those running things. I'm using the leader of the Molly Republic as an example for Bretonia based bounties, and as a possibility on BHG boards, using semi-made up details.

Relevant information regarding this individual are as follows:

• He uses a Molly IFF pattern and I.D configuration.
  
• He will fly Molly Republic colours, displayed as [MR].
  
• He has access to Molly technology, possibly up to gunboat level.
  
• He is considered medium threat, due to his resources and band of followers.

• Bretonian Mining and Manufacturing are offering a 1,000,000 credit bounty. Contact: William Relic

Very few people can be hunted by anyone.

I've just added in links to the 'who to get your cash from' lists. Note that the unlawful faction's bounties use covers, and do so from Junker bases.

Also note: It's a mock wanted poster. Don't go PMing those people.:D

Oh, and, no, I'm not saying that a certain politician is a terrorist. Unless he is, because then I told you so.

Maybe not a poll, but some sort of screening process wherein people determine if they're "badass" enough to make it in.

Why not both, have people submit that they think their bad enough to get in. Also have a look around the bounty boards to see whos the most commonly wanted people.

THEN create a poll with 20 or so people.

OR you could just do the dreaded task of looking at every bounty board to see whos the most common pirates and criminals.
