They can be used by 7 factions.

Liberty Security Forces, Bretonian Intelligence Service, Kempeitai/Kusari Naval Intelligence,MND, The Core and The Order.

The last two IDs are the most frequently used, while the rest are less/rarely used. And the factions rarely use them.

That is actually a lot of factions. Believe me you will have a lot of intel indies with this guns in every house just as this buff will be done.

All in all I have to agree with @Vrabcek at this point.

Only Order / Core and house intelligence factions can use them as far as I know. Thats not a lot at least imo. I'm all for the buff.

RHA has a bank full of them

Let's not forget that this ain't about nerf reversals. The guns have potential and think they could use a -little- love. Be it a minor damage buff, make it longer range or increase speed.

It doesn't have to be op. Just viable, imo.

Actually that's not really an argument. The stuff you describe was nerfed because it was overpowered. Nomad adapateds right now are seriously underpowered, and need a buff to be made worthwhile to use. Also, HELLO ADVANCED ALIEN TECH SURELY IT'D BE FLASHY.

Also I like Impy's idea:

Either that or limit it to the Core and Order IDs (sun) (jk).

Doing a simple re-work for these guns by our lord and balancer @Haste would be sufficient. I am not asking for overpowered 700ms guns, I am asking for a reason to use them over other faction guns.

@Vrabcek, just chill. Nobody asking to make them overpowered.

I have no issues buffing the 4.00s to 700 m/s and the 3.03s to 650 m/s.
