You probably failed to take notice rules are created to prevent minority to cause trouble for majority. And each addition is because small scale problem causes trouble.

Baiting into attack is a thing. People still do that.

Order ID is very very good. better than most IDs. And that is still not enough? Get SRP if "be roleplay instead of be pvp"

The Order| ID is nicely set up right now allowing motivated players to sign up and work towards a Resheph that they can then fly just about anywhere they want.

You can PeeVeePee the hell out of people in practically all of Sirius if you so desire. It's probably best to keep indies from doing that in Reshephs.

If the official Order ID allows their members to engage everything anywhere in a cruiser or even in a battleship, wouldn't it be fair to allow all offical intelligence factions to use their cruisers outside of their ZoI to "PeeVeePee" the hell out of these terrorists?

It seems like some will only agree if Resheph would become a more weakly ship, not posing much of a threat and therefore not be abusable. If you want it just for the 'type type', you'd not mind anyway.

Reseph is a lot more than meets the eye. As I said, it's a pretty decent pew tool. Not to mention it has an unparalleled running away ability.

Reseph could be nerfed appropriately, then Geb is reintroduced as a BC to serve as a heavy 'cruiser'.

But I think nerfing it for the sake of RP and not balance is a bit silly.
