I dunno if there's any reference to Australia or New Zealand being in the alliance, or having a place on the Bertonia sleeper ship. It may not make sense to add them to Freelancer.

But I suppose you don't need the people to make a base named after the town. After all, the Corsairs are Hispanian and have a planet called Crete, which last time I checked was in the mediterranean. I'd vote for an Asutralian or NZ named base, but not a new house/sub-house.

Alternatively, Bertonia needs more pirate factions. Australians could fill that role, being a country made from convicts and all:P
And ships with aboriginal (is that even a word?) influence. Those textures would be insane.

Anyway - there a hundreds of place names in Australia that aren't British - those would be the places that use Aboriginal names.
