Why is it no against the rules for 1 person to be leader of more than 1 official ftcn

This has been discussed a few times over the years, both by the community in general and the admin team. Really at the end of the day, it comes down to a few things.

1) The admin staff is loath to get involved in telling factions who should and shouldn't lead them. I can only think of 1 time during my tenure on the staff where the team felt it was necessary to tell a faction they couldn't have the leader of their choice.
2) Being a good faction leader isn't just about hard work, there is an intangible factor in being a good faction leader and it's something that unfortunately a small percentage of Disco players possess.
3) There are a small number of players who have or are willing to give the time to leading a faction. There are some people who have lots of time to put in, enough to run 2 factions. The staff doesn't want to tell people how they can or can't spend their faction time and what positions they can take in what factions.

Leading the faction is pain. Leaders of the active factions are people who doing a stressful work without a proper reward. If person is managing to lead more than one faction, this person is a hero.

How am I being disrespectful? Am I the one indiscriminately calling a member of our very own community, and I quote, a "bitch"? It is not sarcasm. Wesker is a hateful man and we have players like you blindly following a man like that. Why do you think he's banned? It's surely not because he is a saint. It's been noted and also the reason of his ban that he's getting increasingly negative and his ooRP chat messages shows that his negativity hasn't decreased one bit, in fact I would say he is getting increasingly hateful.

I have no care in the world for what you or anyone else thinks of me, this community is rotten. The proportion of good players to absolute asses is disproportionate. A few bad apples in a community of thousands would be acceptable but in a community as small as ours? It's just screwed up.

For me the person is the person, whoever they are eventually Karma will calm full circle and they will get their just deserts - ban/sanctions/public burning!

My problem is multi-faction leaders give the impression of a very small community under pressure trying to maintain the status quo when in fact it is sleeping through the fingers!

1 Faction / 1 Leader its as simple as that. Community members should not be allowed to have a collection of factions they control, for whatever reason they are doing it. Said factions will not be played out to the best of their abilities.

So many Faction RP's have gone stale from the inaction of their leaders not guiding them properly.

Sometimes this is because they are just crap leaders but most of the time it is because their leader has other forum obligations including running other factions and so dont put in the same energy or said energy is spread to thinly.

There is nothing worse than seeing a community member with a forum title like:

Faction A + Faction B + Faction C + .... + F like what?

It's simple, because I love the game and I want to keep playing and have fun but it's made impossible because the main RP players of the game who gets to dictate a lot of shit also happens to be some of the most idiotic and hateful people one could ever think of.

Don't pull that "Oh it's just playful banter" shit on me either, he got banned for increasing negativity on the FORUM and INGAME, not on Skype or Teamspeak or anywhere else but on the Forum and ingame. You know it's not playful banter. That guy genuinely believes everything he says.
