Not I.
A way a lone a last a loved a long the riverrun, past Eve and Adam's, from swerve of shore to bend of bay,
brings us by a commodius vicus of recirculation back to Howth Castle and Environs.
Quote:Sunderland Research Station was constructed in 612 A.S, and is the largest and most important research facility that the Bretonia Armed Forces controls. Built next to the strange alien ruins that were discovered in 598 A.S, the station has attracted considerable attention from the scientific communities of all four Houses. However, details of what is actually going on inside the station remain unknown to the public, and all personnel working onboard are made to sign strict secrecy agreements.
There you go, the new infocard for Sunderland Research Station in 4.85, courtesy of me. There is additional information on the ruins and other stuff, in the new rumours that have been written up for every base in newcastle (all rumours and base infocards in newcastle will be completely new as of 4.85). You'll have to go wandering to read them if you want though, because i'm not pasting them all here.
Used it as a nice convenience once in a three-pronged attack against the Illuminati.
The story was actually conceived as my retirement from Disco. The plot simultaneously:
Had Reggie blow up the Veranda Incgonito and the [TAZ] HQ beneath, to cover all trace of the TAZ;
Mounted an assassination of five "Illuminati Primi" at a secret meeting aboard the Liner Hawaii. One Primus being Mal himself (I later changed the plot to substitute a clone of the Master, and escaped..);
Reggie then led a ragtag group of small Xeno and Zoner loaded with rigged plutonium from Mull, to eliminate the Illuminati's final "trump card", the ancient entity Yog Sothot, iimprisoned there by Primus Queen Mother until the final battle of the HodgePodge.
Some ripping in-game RP went along with it, thanks to Yngen, Doom, and a bunch of T-maniacs.
That WOULD be why this is called 'Discovery', right?
You go find and discover what treasures are hidden out there in Sirius...
It's 'little' things like this that keep my freelancer character moving around - not counting guard systems, there are probably still at least 10 more systems he's never even set foot in, let alone fully explored - and I have more than 200 hours of gameplay on him alone.
And yes, Newcastle is VERY large. Beats the heck out of just flying off the edge of the map, though - really gives a new meaning to the actual sheer size of space.

A well, I shouldn't have posted, maybe an argue will come out of this as it does with everything else in these forums, thats why I try my very best to refrain from posting.
Dude, if seeing new posts annoys you... you need to step back and stop reading the forums...
Iâll carry this flag
To the grave if I must
Because itâs flag that I love
And a flag that I trust
I wanna know why everybody is overreacting at NR for making an inquisitive thread.:dry:
Crikey, you act like you've never gone about asking a question in a non ideal way. And remember those Nomad mines that spawned outside of Manhattan? Or the chunks of space station? With Newcastle being so big, a dedicated and lonely, non-malicious, hacker may very well have put this together.
Incidentally however, he did not.
If it crashed your computer, its probably some weird bug thing in the mod software. Try... Reinstalling the mod, mayhap?
..if this , to you, looked like a some sort of annoying hissy-fit thread, sorry bout the caps lock title that made it sound like:
'OMG! WHAT THE HELL IS IT BLASPHERMY PURE BLASPHERMY KILL IT NOW! I HATE HACKERS! KILL THEM ALL NOW!
i was simply stratled out of its out-of-placeness and thought they should at least get rid of the big force-field and make it a bit more....ruiny, like add craters and big missing pieces.
it would be more suspensive if there were a trail of broken chunks around the place and an asteroid field around it, like the hispania ruin, now THAT looks ruiny.
also, i'll try to reduce the amount of new threads from now on then, ill just reply, if the massive post count is buggering some people.

*cough* instead of removing the posting rights of the thread maker..... Remove the viewing rights of these two as they clearly do not like to see the forums used to ask valid questions about something they dont understand ingame. On another forum I used to be a moderator on, I would have personally gave ya both a beat down for telling someone they shouldnt have made a post to ask a question of the community....
On a more constructive note....If you want to see an Active version of what you saw in Newcastle...
Omicrons + Starflier, just seach out the unmapped ones.
Note: I stumbled acrossed it on my BHG Talarca Cruiser (BHS-Fenrir), and nearly got my ass kicked.....
