After giving so much time to Admin duties, it's only right that you should get to enjoy what little time you have available playing, sad to see you step down but totally understandable.
I can understand completely - I used to have kids at home myself. (My last one moves out tomorrow.)
It all boils down to your priorities. And if your priority #1 isn't family first, then you need to think about your life. It was a pleasure discussing things with you, and I hope to run across you online in the future.
