Brief History about pilot/ship: I'm just a kid who grew up on Denver. My dad works for Interspace Commerce as an insurance claim inspector, and every time he comes back he tells me about how his Flying Egg had to deal with constant Xeno and Lane Hacker harassment. He bought some old training ships - Defenders and Patriots, I think, and he has an old surplus Executioner - and taught me how to fly, and I started using them to help the police find these criminals.
Keith's been my friend since my second year of school, and he wanted to help out. So, here we are.

Brief History about pilot/ship:
Born on New Berlin but raised on a freelance trading vessel, I have always been independant. At age 13 I began helping my parents in their trading business, but always longed to see some action, rather than just running from pirates. After they passed away, much of the business dried up, so I sold our Heavy Lifter and purchased a Hammerhead in order to join the Bounty Hunters Guild. After three years of working for them, I got fed up with the sizable cuts that they were taking out of my bounties, so I started my own business as a mercenary. After several more years of working as a hired gun, I was finally able to afford a gunboat. My Orca has served me well, and is feared throughout Rheinland, Britonia, and any other systems where traders are in need of protection, or where sizeable bouties are to be had. Several of my trading clients have recently asked me to protect them in Liberty Space, so I have sending this trasmission to recieve approval to do so. Please note: because of my free life as a child, I hold alligance to no house or guild, only to my own conscience, which pushes me to protect the weak and innocent.

I was a child on Rochester, my Father, a Corsair, killed my Junker mother. I chased after him in a my Mother's ship, but couldn't fly it. A Bounty Hunter saw I was only a child and didn't kill me. He took me in and trained me. I learned to fly and fight then chased and killed my Father. I left the Bounty Hunter Guild to find direction in my work. I now have an agreement with both the Ravenswood LNS-Ravenswood[NGS] and the Evolution LNS-Evolution[NGS], the two commanders of the Liberty National Gaurd, to assist them as a mercenary. I have been in Liberty (Majoritively Texas) working for them, however I was mis-informed about the need for registering. I was under the incorrect impression that registration was only required for mercenaries operating in New York. None the less I wish to operate in Liberty to continue my work for the National Gaurd.
My ship is a Ravon's Talon and is registered as a Freelancer ship (Freelancer IFF)

Ah greetings gentlemen. I am here to inform you both that you have all been accepted to operate in Liberty space.
At a side note Lazarus, your affiliation with the junkers and your father being a corsair is quite suspicious. But if you swore an oath and if you are loyal to the National Guard Fleet then you are allowed to operate in Liberty space.

I never conducted any unlawfull operations as a Junker, I was merely a child back then, and I have always hated the Corsairs, so I have had no interactions with them other than fights.
As for being loyal to the National Gaurd, I have never given them anything but my best. I refuse to conduct any unlawfull operations due to the fact they frequently (from my experiances whilst on Rochester) end with only pain and suffering for all involved parties.
