I got the installer from the direct download here http://discoverygc.com/files/discovery_4.88.1.exe

But what about the swagpack?

Why is it written in the thread I linked in my previous post that it's allowed if clearly it's not?

I did a clean reinstall, I downloaded the swagpack from here:

Copied and pasted the files into my disco install, and tried it out. nothing more.

I am asking you where you got the vanila freelancer install from, not the mod install.

I did once more a clean install, until I get some official updated info about graphics improvements that are allowed, I won't change my install anymore...

As of 30 minutes ago, you were still being flagged.

Start a new Account and a new Ship, just to see if it is your Files.

just did a clean install once more of everything, both vanilla FL and disco, created a new account and tried that, but get kicked
