I have seen situations like this before ,people loose health becouse to much time/energy/effort involved in game or forums, you cant partialy leave, it will not work . Only way is to COMPLETLY leave, that means game, forums, Skype and discord. If you leave any link, you will again feel urge to return and thus you cant recover.
I have a friend who has to trough this, he give his all, and his health worsens. Then he try to partialy leave ane reduce time on line, but urge will alwais push him for more, and as result his heart almoust collapsed, doctors even think he will not last a month.
Then he decide to completly went off line and miracle happens, he is almoust Completly recovered, and still in good shape, year after doctors say he will die.
You want your health, leave Completly. Heart

I remember I did the same a couple of years ago, my mental health and physical was really down the drain, stressing out regarding things, things that ought not to affect ones health. This is a hobby, but people spend way too much time and effort into it, so far that it becomes a second life.

And when people get to the breaking point, some stick to it and then it becomes a hazard for ones health, the proper thing to do, is just what you are doing, get out.

So, kudos to you and I wish you all the best in your life mate <3
