You could probably get away with the more 'royal' designs of a unicorn, due to you being based in Bretonia, reference to the throne, scottish official animal, etc.

Or maybe we're all reading into this too much and they're referring to actual literal "shank you with a horn if you ain't a virgin (so most Disco members are safe)" unicorns.

I mean, it works as a mythical beast because they're outright making stuff up about how the Strip Mine project is being carried out on their end.

Excuse me if I am blunt: This is not a joke and you are really and on full purpose doing this, aware of how the actual first impression of a unicorn-named, pony-emblemed, emote-tagged faction gives? I mean, there is not much to say about the write-up. It's short and sums up what you're doing. I just ask if you are fully aware of the implications the choices you made with tag, name and logo make, how people think about it and how they will treat you.

If you are, good luck. If not, you might want to give a second thought about something that has an emoji as tag and an MLP-referential emblem. Especially in this community, with a rule that states that ponies and related stuff aren't allowed.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. Your wish to pay some interests to our faction is much appreciated.
1. Well, the name. As for it, we couldn't choose one for a long time. There were a lot of other names, like "Golden Syndicate", "Coin Trest" and etc, but they all were banal and boring. They couldn't catch a eyesight. So, this name works just fine, as for us.
2. The tag. Well, being honest, it was a joke. However ".c." looks like a pony muzzle, so it fits our name.
3. And the pony is just a mascot and symbol. We play humans all the way and therefore don't break any rules.
We would like to be taken seriously and we will try to do our best to do so.

First of all, we apologise for our agressive tone below, as your feedback isn't a constructive one and looks like "I don't like ponies, so I will say, that faction is bad."
We guess, that you don't understand this rule:

1.8 No ponies, furries, or direct imports are allowed

This rule would apply in case if we roleplay ponies, the same goes for furries and direct imports. But, the hell, we don't do it.
Also, we are wondering, where have you seen an MLP character? It's just a picture of a pony made in a minimalist style.
Please, hold your horses and get some constructive feedback. We are here to improve our faction, not to discuss the creature on our logo.

In a universe where there are a lot of things that don't make sense, some small faction with a funny name and logo doesn't hurt. However, we have the rule saying "1.8 No ponies, furries, or direct imports are allowed", it doesn't explicitly state that only pony characters are forbidden, it states that ponies are forbidden in general. While I personally don't mind the faction logo, it will likely end up in a lot of drama which could have been avoided easily by either asking admins for permission or choosing a completely different faction logo. You're in a gray area of Discovery rules, so I suggest to contact an admin and roll with a different logo until they responded.

On the other hand, I like the write up for being small, although it provides everything you'd need to know about the faction. Good luck!

At the end of the day, it's a faction. You want to appeal to the community at large to have people join up so that you can expand and grow. In that case, you've got to keep in mind what floats and what sinks around here.
