Ok, seems that I have to speak again about this matter.
First at all, there is no proof that point to Sir Dark engaging within the No-Fire zone, there was a witness... who unfourtanely sent a pretty uggly picture of Sir Dark showing him 500 meters close to.... who knows where.
Second, if you want to read the next file, http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=31061 you will find that it was Globalo (the great Elder), and <strike>miss</strike> mister Valentine (a strong Brotherhood centurion) whom started threating to the Zoners. HAF never threated to Zoners, and in all that time we looked for peace.
Third, we solved that problem with Zoners, and I sent the money to repair problems.
We didn't attack zoners, it was a missunderstanding, and it's gone now.

Yesterday I have undock with my Sabre from Freeport 10 (Tau37) in face of few ships marked =CR= (IMG). I didn't turn on my engines yet, so I was very close to the base. I met one of them before. He captured me in Tau23 because I used their restricted ship. It is a long story. We agreed that I should buy a new one, so I did. I don't want to fight with IMG, they are not my enemy.
They have started to interrogate me about my presence in this place, and my way. I am foreigner and I can not answer so fast in their language. But I tried to do it. I could dock to base easy and leave them, but I though they are smart and I am not a coward.
I have to say, that I had 1 unit of cardi in my hold - for my own use. They requested to drop this. I tried to negotiate with them, but not success. So, in the end I decided to follow their request.
It took some time till I found this package in my hold. I had there many items such a water, oxygen, h-fuel, food etc. I have dropped it in space, but in this moment one of them - easy trigger nervous, was start shooting me, and in the result he destroyed my ship.
The guy, I talked with, said it was accident, heh, I lost my new ship, my stuff, missiles, bots... all my life is series of such "accidents". I hate this life. Maybe they have right to kill me, I was far from home, in their system, and cardi... I don't care.
He has cared about my pod to deliver it to Freeport safety, and he let me drink in the bar for his tab. Ok. let it be.
I don't request anything. I have decided to write this message because, I know that around Freeports is No Fire Zone, so please tell about that to those =CR= guys, because I see they probably don't know about this rule. I heard also that IMG has set No Fire Zone around Freeport 4 (Magellan). How could they manage it if they don't respect other Freeports NFZ rules.
As you have addressed the TAZ regarding this matter, I shall respond for them.. I will let the Council respond for itself.
Currently, both F-23 Shamus and Cmdr. Spike Harris, BAF rtd., are stationed at Freeport 10. I will instruct them to be more vigilant regarding the Colonials, and to give them whatever "guidance" is needed regarding Freeport hospitality.
On behalf of the Colonial Remnant, I shall speak here.
You sir, are lucky I left you alive in Tau 23, so daring to fly one of our vipers, you little filth.
And also, check your facts, Hacker. You were killed by those Bounty Hunters circling the Freeport.
The Colonials shall never betray their word, and such an accusation will only be punished by death.
In your best interest, I suggest you go around me whenever you see me, lest I get the chance to catch you, and well... it won't be very pretty.
To the Zoners, this man was not killed by us, and these accusations without proof are quite blatant.

"i have observed a very interesting behaviour in the past months since we installed the security zone ( and before, only we never cared much to take notice ). - the behaviour is that people cut their engines and simply become stationary around our freeports.
its not like they are waiting for something special or that there is a reason they wait just RIGHT NEXT to the station. - they just hang around there - which i call - loitering.
then they complain cause they are attacked by the more brainless elements of our enviroment (// NPCs ) and soon they fire back at those with their 50`` warship guns, claiming to act in self defense.
captains with at least a little bit of brain would consider the possibility to fly t heir ships 5k ( that is only 5000 meters ! ) from the station and by that distance, no zoner will EVER complain about weaponfire, yet, most captains fail - with little exceptions, hunters, corsairs or others that happen to loiter around the station.
even subtle and not so subtle suggestions to fly out of the security belt and deal with the brainless doesn t help much.
i find it very funny that highly decorated captains of huge warships sometimes fail that very simple logic and rather violate zoner laws - a law that very often takes up less than 1% of a systems space - while they have 99% of the space at their disposal.
also, freeports are no shelter for those that are chased or angered others that now wish to "deal" with them. - freeports are free for all to make peaceful dealings, take a break or do business. - so when someone is "fleeing" to a security zone, zoners will gladly provide comfy quarters and a cool drink at the bar... but the ship must dock - and usually, the docking crew won t be able to prepare the undocking in less than 4 hours once docked.
that is just a reminder to those that sometimes misinterprete our laws.

Sorry Sir, If I accused your people with no reason. There is no chance to proof anything now. I didn't notice the log on screen. I was sure that one of your ships shot at me.
I didn't see on my radar any BH around in that moment. They should be deep red for me. I am surprised they could destroy my ship in a second. I didn't know they have such powerful weapons. But maybe I am wrong. I have to be much more careful.
Thanks for drinks. The chat with you was very pleasant. As you wish I will try to avoid you, since I am not intend to fight with IMG.
To The Zoners : Sorry, I was trouble you, I withdraw my accusation.
(I didn't hide in the Freeport, I was not chased, becouse none of my enemy knows I am there. I was there because I was looking for my friend, and he was not present. I spend a few hours there, I wanted to fly home. I didn't check who is outside the base, so it was happen.)

Hola Senora,
I completely agree with your message, just few days ago, my scanner spotted a Hunter. The flight ended (of course) in the No-Fire of Freeport, 'cause He decided to hide his ship ON the structure of the base.
This is not the first, and unfortunatly, not the last episode.
Your words hit the target.

Gentlefolk,
Reginald Waverly here. I regret to inform the leaders of the proud Corsair Nation and the Council of Zoners that an independant Corsair has once again violated the NFZ at Freeport 9, Omicron Theta.
The offending vessel is the "Mitsuomo", a Corsair ID'd/IFF'd Corsair gunboat.
At the time of the incident, I was dropping off passengers at the Freeport while enroute to Corinth Station. The registration on my Liner is about to lapse, and I needed to renew the paperwork at Corinth.
While preparing to dock, I observed heavy traffic around the freeport. Several bounty hunter fighters, as well as some passing Outcasts, responded to my hails, and politely requested permission to dock. They restocked, and left the Freeport without incident.
During this period, the gunboat "Mitsuomi" merely sat silently in close proximity to the station's biodomes, under fire from BHG patrols. I hailed the vessel numerous times, requesting that pilot either dock his ship, or move away to a safe distance. All my hails were met with silence. I can attest that the pilot was on the bridge, as the vessel moved in a controlled fashion.

The gunboat eventually moved off to a distance of 700-800 meters from the Freeport, but then began to engage the nearby patrols, using both turret and heavy razor fire, which came dangerously close to our facility. Still, I received no response to my requests to stand down and stand off.
[attachmentid=5532]
Out of desperation, I contacted an OPG vessel in Omega 41 and requested immediate assistance. Once I broadcast that OPG had been notified, the vessel began to move off. I shadowed this offender, and eventually followed him through the jumphole to Gamma. At this time, the "Mitsuomi" finally broke radio silence:

I believe the attached black box documentation, along with the numerous witnesses near the Freeport, are sufficient to warrant consideration by both Corsair and Zoner leadership.
It is sad that such rogue individuals apparently do not care that they are straining our relationships, or that they are casting an indelible stain on the proud and honorable Corsair name.
I pray that the esteemed Corsair Elders will see fit to handle this matter "internally".

Earlier today, I was guarding the personnel at Freeport 1 in the Omega 3 system. As I arrived, one Corsair, an
[OPG-WS]Santa Negro was pirating just off the base. I requested he back off and after my third request, he finally did but was still NOT the minimum 5k from the base. He and an Agent of Chaos, an Outcast tagged ship, began fighting as you will see:
You can see the Vor'tcha across from the base and the two ships are 2.3k from the base exchanging gunfire.
In cam shot two, I had two very angry traders, too whom I verified the recording of the incident:
And in the third shot, the engagement notice by the agent:
You will also notice that the RepEx trader grew angry with us and referred to us as "cowards." RepEx, if you're watching this, I did as I said I would. Maybe you could do a better job enforcing no fire zones while balancing a delicate balance with some potentially very dangerous people. If you wish to lodge a complaint, feel free to do so. My leader's name is Malacalpyse.
The only defense I will offer the Santa Negro is that he did apologize afterward for the violation. I believe the proof is present to warrant at least a temporary "no parking" on the two ships involved. I'll leave this in the hands of the council.
