IMG really doesn't poke its head around in Liberty much for us to consider them an issue. Most recent stuff I can remember with them is allowing them to sell some raw ore in Liberty provided they buy completed products to take back. RP-wise, prior to the Magellan FP going poof, I set them up as a contact for us to use after getting the planetary mining blueprints for use on Death Valley as we don't really have the resources to sell wholesale quantities of unprocessed ore.
Foreigner wise, as long as you're not actively contributing to our issues and not poking your head around, Xenos don't really care much about you I'd like to think. That's been my stance on IMG after Tanker/shemkel passed that bit down. Made enough sense. Zoners.. It really depends on your individual character. As a faction, if you kill zoners based in the freeports we utilize, obviously we aren't going to be happy with you. However, zoners are fractured enough that I can and have blown up zoners that do not call one of the Freeports in our ZoI home.
Also Karst, a large portion of XA has been space rednecks tho xD.
