Looks like your escort did not explain everything properly then.
I go to Gamma -- I encounter C:: -- I attempt to RP with them -- I chase them to Xi -- They start disrupting me -- After gaining up on them I engage -- I get engaged by the transport that I attacked -- They jump to Munich -- I jump to Munich without actually noticing that I am jumping TO MUNICH (which I know is out of my ZOI) -- RP from the escort and engagement notice. -- PM from a transport that I am out of my ZOI -- I notice that I am in Munich (pressed F6 to look at map.) -- All transports, along with the escort which I was fighting, engage me. -- Jump drive cooldown goes down -- I jump and they follow me. -- I escape from them completely and kill myself (15K from the engager, so no PvP death)
The C:: are at fault here too. As I said. No RP came from the transports that I DID NOT engage when entering the system. I admit my mistake of not looking at the JH name, but some people decided that it would be alright to shoot someone who jumped with them.

Sadly we aren't some kind of voodoo prophets to know that you were going to disengage or go back. And the fact that you did start CD'ing when you jumped into Munich almost as soon as we were getting out of range hinted otherwise. As far as "no RP engagement" is concerned, what were the other transports supposed to do, let you freely shoot at a friendly, or maybe write you a novel so you feel better about yourself? I know at least one line in the form of "sod off nomad" came out of each present transport at some point, thats enough given that we weren't first to engage at least from my point of view. Just ask yourself what would you do in this kind of situation, legitimately ask yourself. Anyways if you have no other useful comments, complaints or feedback that hasn't been answered a few posts ago already, please refrain from commenting.

I did not know that I am entering a system out of my ZOI. If I did know, I would not have entered there at all. This also explains the disruption of your cruise inside the system.
As for defending allies. I do RP the engagement notice to defend an allied ship, does not matter what it is. I always do and always will, no matter what I am flying.
