Understandable to some extent but we can't change your perception of a faction's respectability by character pictures especially when you say that you think the content is excellent. As long the pictures fit and are imaginable in this universe, I don't see why that should ever be a negative point. Thank you for saying the content is excellent, the ONS tries to sound as serious as possible so that is a very good thing to hear.

It has to be a form of blue, that is what was decided at the start. A lighter form of blue is already being used by the LPI- and we don't want to look like a copy of their color. The dark blue fits the shady LSF group very well we thought and I cannot see how it is difficult to read. After all, every recipient of the comms was able to do so up until now, if it was unbearable that wouldn't be the case. If it is impossible for you to read then you can just mark it so it will be white for you but changing our whole color would be annoying as we would have to change it everywhere, I hope you understand.
Dark text on near-black backgrounds is a fundamentally bad visual design on even the most basic level. While this may look like a superficial complaint, it does make literally all of your posts unpleasant to read on a physical level. My vision's not perfect even with my one good eye and glasses, and while I can read your posts, your choice of color, font, and size make me not want to.

I get it, my SRP color font is straight from the order, slightly (very slightly) changed to be somewhat unique. just test some stuff out, if you dont like it revert it back.

can't really see where the problem is, about some certain choose of colour, maybe we stop speaking english and start speaking suomi, because everyones rp is in english
The problem with the color is that anything darker is unreadable and everything brighter is too close to existing Liberty font colors. So far only few people complained about the color, none of us can figure out why it would be hard to read it if you really wanted to read it.
@Thexare Perception is subjective. If something as minor as font and color is what makes you stop reading roleplay, it is to assume you weren't interesting in reading it in the first place. We are sad to hear that your vision makes it hard to read but it is never possible to please everyone.

Why should anyone waste their time to read someone else's material if they have a hard time reading it? If a story is good but the format is bad, then people wont read it. That is not unique to Discovery and is a very common theme is most literature.
If I am physically unable to easily read your posts, I am not going to strain myself to try to read them unless they are directed at me specifically. That's all there is to it. This goes for *everyone*.
For reference, if I am not pressed up against my screen, your posts appear to be a bruise-coloured smudge on one of my monitors.
