So let me get this straight, Council and Junkers are all out enemies? Enough so that Council will kill on sight any Junker?
My trade ship just had an encounter with a very unfriendly Council cruiser, whome after some less than friendly pleasantries sent over a volley of rockets.
As you can imagine, I'm not amused, since I thought we were neutral.

As I said, my council character denies docking rights on council bases to any junkers. However, I dont openly attack junkers, as the council cant afford to be losing it's few precious ships to a fairly insignificant enemy.
The council's dispute is with the gallic government, not with their underlings.

Cruisers/Battlecruisers/Battlesips are still not allowed to attack transports/traders. You could probably file a report against him.

we dont really consider the junkers civilians, but rather agents for the king of gallia, which makes them hostile to our point of view.
But, look at it this way: the council is fighting a resistance war against the government of gallia. We're using outdated ships, or rusted and damaged ships that we've managed to capture from the gallic royal navy - we are far outnumbered by the GRN and gallic lawfuls, so it would be stupid to waste our resources fighting a faction which also doesnt openly attack us.
So, we deny junkers docking rights to our bases, and will enforce that with hostile fire if necessary, but outside of that we let the junkers be and focus our efforts against the GRN.
I'm not really cool with you just deciding that you don't think junkers are civilians. By the same token, you could decide all lawful traders are the same. Therefore, your 'we dont attack civilians' statement is completely meaningless, since you can attack whoever you want by just saying they are 'agents of the king' and not civilians, because all civilians are tacitly agents of the king. Not cool.

I would do, but was so surprised that it happened that I forgot to hammer the screenshot key. His first rocket took out my shield and the next pair hit the junker base I hid behind. He then left me alone.
But still though I really struggle to agree with the idea of Junkers being Royalists spies. We don't spy for or against anyone. It's not in our official interests to do so. This whole thing is absurd.
On top of that, the infocards and reps do not reflect these hostilities in ANY way at all. Junkers are NOT listed as Council's enemies. Why then are we now considered kill on sight?
I can understand if you no longer want our presence at your bases, I'll respect that. But to openly attack us just because you think we're the Royalist agents? No, I can't accept that. Junkers do not take sides in other people's wars.

I don't think anyone, anywhere, thinks of Junkers are 'civilians', possibly because they're not generally seen as citizens of whatever House they're occupying.
Pretty sure civilan in this sense means not military and not criminal. Which, more or less, is junkers. They're certainly treated as civilians everywhere else, and the CSV is a civilian ship.
I can understand why the Council doesn't like Junkers, but Igiss' description of the faction says that they don't attack civilians unless provoked. We will not be provoking them. We won't be looking to land on their bases but we aren't looking for a fight with them either.
Perhaps Igiss could clarify whether or not ALL Junkers are involved, or simply some.
Having the entire Junker Population of Sirius stealing tech and bringing it to Gallia would be too large not to be noticed by someone..
Reason for me making notice that only some were probably involved, and would lead to them being handled case by case on if they are aiding Royals or not.
