Recently, I have received several reports of WEISS logistical ships being hit by Platform cells in and around Rheinland while operating on sensitive contracts. In response, we will begin embedding escorts into their their convoys.

It is my understanding that Platform operatives are largely autonomous in terms of target aquisition and deployment - so we will not hold the actions of a few against the whole, but escort units have orders to treat any and all encountered hostiles as persistently so going forward.

I share this information in the hopes that we can avoid unnecessary violence, as there are plenty of more deserving pursuits for shedding blood.

We find the prospect that the Bretonians have obtained the technology to open a bi-directional spatial anomaly unilaterally without some visible mechanism for stabilization on both ends to be a concerning leap in technology. At present, this level of non-Valhallan spatial bridge is only possible with 'naturally occurring' unstable or artificially stabilized phenomena within the limits of our understanding. Little is known about the rumored breakthroughs in Tohoku - a survey mission may be needed to assess the potential for a link.

With regards to the mercenary unit calling itself 'Noth Squadron,' there is very little we know - besides that they have been observed taking contracts against Corsairs, and the incident with the Platform agent during Operation Contrition. It seems that their goals have aligned fortuitously well concerning the Corsair menace for now - and so we see no pressing reason to dig deeper for the time being.

We will keep an eye open on our end as well, and keep you appraised if something turns up.

Supporting the Provisional Republic with enough 'gift giving' gets them far enough cause serious domestic grief for the Crown. I consider a little payback for what mess they caused us is on the itinerary, their interference in Rheinlands civilian wellbeing will not go unpunished. Gallia made the uncalculated move at trying to pummel Bretonian power by the means of military conquest and border adjustments, Bretonian made the mistake of thinking they could get away with leaving us broken after trying to make insidious promises out of Imperial nostalgia. I might be able to network with some Bundschuh allies and organize actions that will favor our interests in Rheinland security, I can keep my part of the underground clear of interference and infiltration suitable to Agency standards for public safety, you just keep me up to date with any of the movements the Wilde make or of any extra-stellar activity and I can scout out for the both of us.

On other matters, we're going to be assembling forces to explore the Earhart front and to conduct our own research and extraction of materials, this also means we'll likely meet other parties along the way attempting to also pilfer through them in hopes to return them to our adversaries, I keep a list of known projects in the back of my head that could also see some level of benefit from what these materials can provide, this will give us the edge we need into combating these beasts beyond the Suhl. I've got no doubt we will likely see what they've been keeping fortified within imminently... It be in both our interests that we have the tools required and expand our capable arsenals.

I may need to request a run from one of the lines of AESIR for some Chameleon-Skin modules to outfit the QRF teams in Thuringia, if we're able to assist with sourcing the materials then we can hopefully produce enough to be suitable to augment intelligence to both of our security fleets against any excursions those unhinged parasites make. You can try use Logistik-7, they've got quite the record when it comes to hiding supplies between paper if they still exist...

We have a number of issues on which we share common concern. The current balance of power is precarious, and Sirius can ill afford the rise of more monarchist factions with imperial ambitions - the prevention of a crown monopoly on gold is paramount to that end. With the humbling of battlegroup Penitence, I am convinced that the Corsairs will redouble their entrenchment in the Sigmas and Omegas to secure their lines of supply into Bretonia and Kusari. Our efforts have been primarily entangled with setting lines of containment in the proximal Omicrons - but this will likely only buy us some time until their inevitable push back into Rheinland. Until then, we must address the increased Corsair presence at the Dublin beachhead.

I will notify the Production division of AESIR to expect an order for active camouflage modules shortly. Given the potential for unfortunate misunderstandings with some of the embedded auditors, it may be best to coordinate handoffs of supplies at a neutral secondary site to some of our Extended Logistics specialists - it is understood that their routes are both irregular and classified, which will raise few if any questions.

If you mean former Director V's office, it has been sealed as part of an extensive investigation into her disappearance. One of her desk ornaments turned out to be a fragment of a highly classified and dangerous piece of equipment - the three people, other than myself, with the requisite clearance available on station are all allocated to more pressing duties than to clear it out for my use. Perhaps I will pay a visit of my own.

It would appear that Kusari-Liberty relations are a powder keg, just waiting for the slightest spark to ignite. Given that we have some shared locations of interest in both houses that could benefit from the respective hosts becoming distracted with other pressing domestic matters as well as with one another, it may be fruitful to agitate some response.

I have been told that you may have had an eye on the Zoner situation in Pennsylvania - if this is true, perhaps we can coordinate some inducement for the locals to reinvigorate their fight for self-determination. I assume their recent setbacks are from want for materiel support and not motivation - even a cursory look shows the Libertonians have a penchant for overpolicing with martial law and internment camps. If you are willing to interface with them, we can provide the supplies for their resurgence.
