What is the purpose of anonymity for this faction? Do you plan to have a public discord, and if not, why not? Will your recruitment be open to anyone, or is it invite-only?
I read your response to Jammi, but I'd like to hear more of your reasoning.

Solely because people act differently when they don't know who they're talking to. Those who bothered reading the info page would know you could join via comm channels and not your standard recruitment page.
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask them.
Based on my reading of the info, that line read like a corporate colloquialism and not an actual description of how to apply. As far as I'm aware, no one comm'd you to join thus far, so all your existing members have been gathered via pms. I guess that's something for you to consider, as if you're not worried about gaining more members, you don't need to change anything.

Truth be told, several players reached out to us in-game that were interested in joining but never did anything past that point, except one person who contacted us via comm channels. Sadly he disappeared as well.
