Hermanos,

The time to strike is nigh, and we shall not falter. The Black Sails have managed to reach a lucrative understanding with the Phoenix Zoners, and we shall pursue it without delay. Therefore, I'm issuing the following orders:

- All Black Sails battlegroups shall dispatch multi-mission warships to all Phoenix installations within the Omicrons, namely Kadesh Orbital City, Athens Station and Freeport 11, Livadia Shipyard, Pygar and Corfu Station;

- Once you reached your designated objective, assess potential threats and define a 10 clicks radius around it, with the ultimate goal to become impervious to any direct attack from any Deterrent. Evaluate the perimeter's weaknesses and enhance them to the best of your abilities;

- Establish countermeasures via continuous patrols both inside and outside the perimeter with the aim to discourage any potential threat, counterattack protocols, and ultimately identify multiple resupply and withdrawal routes;

- Livadia Shipyard shall serve as our sole warship drydock in case of need. As I was informed by our fellow hosts, they might be unable to provide immediate repairs, so don't rely on it. Value the life of your crew and the integrity of the warship that was entrusted to you;

- Last but not least, the perimeter is to be enforced with cybersecurity assets in order to deny any unauthorized access or cyberattack against our fleet. Communication lines between all Black Sails vessels are to be unhindered, as well as those with Phoenix.

After these initial steps are completed, we shall adjust our next step. Report to your ships at once, and start deploying. Our sorrow cousins are all hands on deck in Omicron Delta, encircled by a Core strike force. I estimate a few days until they will all end up where they deserve to be, so don't let this chance slip and make haste. Our deployment won't ever be as smooth as it can be now.
