With the race concluded, there's still activity across the course. The local scrappers managed to pilfer components from racers who collided into the rocks and debris across the track. The Starfliers and Spa & Cruise, having submitted the majority of the pot to fund their friendly rivalry have witnessed other racers take it. The ones who survived the track and had run the fastest laps had their names broadcasted along the public channels by a Junker called Reginald.
FIRST: A racer called Yui Kusaka wins top of the Gauntlet. They have shown that their "Dagger"-Class ship, as heavy as it is, can move as fast as ships built for speed.
SECOND: Dietrich von Bohn takes second place. The Junkers were amazed by the modifications to their engine to eek out more speed over the other racers.
THIRD: With much dispute, Elliot Davies only just takes third place over the Starfliers themselves. Showing everyone their own "Arrow"-Class kicks theirs into last year.
As things return to normal, the goal of the event had not been achieved. Neither Spa & Cruise or the Starfliers saw a win within the Sayre Gauntlet. This racing rivalry will escalate further into a third challenge sometime in the near future as both groups return home with their tails between their legs.

Thanks for everyone's participation! It was great to see a greater interest over last year's event. I'm working to eliminate the video recording requirement for next time, don't you worry. Maybe worry a little.
