Negotiations for peace, between Colonel Mitchell and [ATF]Scorch utterly failed today. When we approached Colonel Mitchell for an explanation, he simply stated that [ATF]Scorch was a "Poorly trained negotiator, and a complete Twit". This agency reports, that even though, at first Colonel Mitchell seemed to be willing to come to terms, and negotiate, the idiocy of [ATF]Scorch, not wanting to negotiate, yet not wanting war, is causing Colonel Mitchell's patience to wear thin.

Colonel Mitchell announced that The Deaths| are officially at war with [ATF], and that no further negotiations would be held with [ATF]]Scorch. He also went on record saying: "I do not wish to drag our allies into this, Feud." He also made it expressly clear that, assuming [ATF] has a better negotiator available, the only Negotiations that will take place, will be the terms of surrender, by [ATF], to the Deaths|.
With war raging all around Sirius, Colonel Mitchell was asked, if it was wise to involve a war, that could cause problems in Liberty's Capital. Colonel Mitchell replied that he and the Deaths| would do all in their power to keep this battle from raging in orbit, above the Capital Planet of Manhattan. He also stated that the Deaths| would do everything possible to keep any non involved casualties to zero.
Hello There. I'd just like to announce that I find the ATF's attempt to cover their errors up, Along with their inability to negotiate, pathetic. I may not condone all of the Deaths activities, But let it be known that DynoXe International stands behind Col. Michell's declaration. I hope you all come to your senses and find a way to fix this before it becomes messy...

We appreciate that DXI backs our declaration of war against the [ATF]. I wish to apologize formally for any problems our Treaty with The Order may have caused you. At this time, I belive that The Deaths| can handle the [ATF], as our small fleet is overkill as it is. However if we should require assistance, my men and women have been informed they may contact you, in emergency. Likewise if there is anything that we, can do for you, please dont hesitate to ask.
Today, a representative for the Deaths| a hard Hitting Lawyer by the name of Jeffery Tanner, announced that the Deaths| had filed an official grievance, and a lawsuit, against [LN]-Stephanie.Malaign, bringing up several charges against her. However to the surprise of some, but not to many, Decorated Liberty Navy Admiral, and war hero David Hale stepped in for the Defense of Ms. Malaign, exonerating her of any "crimes" and offering her up as a decorated hero herself, in need of another Medal to wear Proudly on her Chest. While clearly displeased at this, Jeffery Tanner refused to comment at this time.

after much deliberation, and not so much talking, the Lawyer for the Deaths| in the now closed case of Deaths| vs Malaign, only commented that the Military has different ways of handling things, and with the exoneration of Ms. Malaign, he would offer no further statement, and said, that for full details, read the minutes of the court provided here:

Rogues: Impartial as long as it doesnt involve Deaths| ships
Outcasts: Impartial as long as it doesnt involve Deaths| ships
LaneHackers: Impartial as long as it doesnt involve Deaths| ships
Liberty Navy: Less then friendly, not outright hostile
Liberty Police: Friendly
LSF: Suspicous
Xenos: Neutral
All lawful companies in Liberty: Friendly
Mercenaries/Freelancers: Impartial, unless allied
Bounty Hunters: Friendly, unless chasing order, Contracting against Deaths|, or Allies of Deaths|
Ok I was not going to reveal this, but I'm proud i accomplished this in Paint....please note, Admins have final say on our ship line. But please dont yell unfair advantage...cuz its seriously underpowered, and would be worthless agains capital ships. currently pending for use by Deaths| only...as it correlates with the rest of our ship line.....minus caps...but you dont get to see those yet. This is the final concept....after like 4 failed others.

Here: side view/front view....work with this. bottom fin inadvertently looks like a bwing...realized that after i posted....black spot is supposed to be turret placement on side.....*note: apparently hitbox in FL is gonna hate this model, if we put the 4 class 10 guns on the bottom, move class 10 guns to middle of wings, at top, class 9 guns go at bottom...best example is sabre/kingfisher set up.....approximate size needs to be adjusted to.....about 3.5x the size of the maffic...i think spatial is like 2 times the size of it...after 6 pm my time, gone till sunday. back side will be posted as soon as it have time
While Deaths| does not currently have the option of having a secure "Message Dump" (you're not official), I would be happy to move this thread to the General Roleplay area, rather than Character Bios, if that's your wish.
