You can't possibly tell me no other ship currently in the game suits your needs. A ship doesn't become Roleplay, Roleplay becomes the ship.
What makes me more deserving?
The fact I don't go whining in other peoples threads. The decision isn't up to you, its up to me, people i've RPed with and the Admins. They are the only three things that matter.

I'm not after the ship to become the roleplay i'm after it as a one-of-a-kind COMPLEMENT to the Roleplay.

i do like the design and the idea of a tombship - in a way. - for one, - its OK for a tomb to be simplistic... however, it could show a bit more sublte "riches" - after all, having a tomb mostly serves just one single purpose..... to show off even when you re dead. ( well, and to preserve the memory of course.... )
however - there is a slight little problem about "dead" people. - hardly anyone really RPs to die. - it does happen, very very rarely. ( when a player wants to get rid of a char the RP way - or when its part of a major event )
most pilots just always escape in their pods - not even harmed ( judging from the insults they often throw at their opponents while they re still "floating in space" )
so - the idea of a tombship is a bit problematic... just like attempts to RP prison liners with hundreds of prisoners.... research ships containing alien samples etc.
you depend less on how YOU roleplay - and more how people LET you roleplay your part. - and if no one is RPing their part - whats left is a ship that is either used to fight or to trade, the two basic pillars in freelancer. ( the third pillar - piracy - is out of question there, unless you "create your own habitants" )
in RP - the appearence of a tombship could be something like the appearence of vultures or a ghost ship. - something you wish not to see but you don t really fight.
for those that watched "babylon 5" - there is a race of soulcollectors - who appear at "significant" times / locations to entrap the souls of those that are destined to die - to preserve them. - a neat little concept in theory ... creepy in a TV show.... but does it work in the simplistic freelancer, too?

Well sorry Mister better-than-everyone-else. But when I make ships, I make them for everyone, not just myself. If this was a design anyone could use then I would have no complaints, but I don't think someone as arrogant as you deserves a unique ship.
i like the design and your rp i think its kool that someone thought up the idea of an undertaker and that your trying to make a special ship for your role keep at it. id say i hope to rp with you sometime but that might be bad for me:(i dont wanna die
Sometimes Violence is the only way to settle things
@maj.Marshall and Jinx: Obviously my "passengers" are dead NPC pilots.:PWhich I request off of people with them in their holds, then go return them.
@NightHawk: The catch is i'm not Arrogant however you seem determined to waste my time thus I have no time to waste with you, go bother someone that cares what you think. If this works out well enough I WILL make ships for everyone, hell if it doesn't work out I still might.
Oh, EDIT:
@Jinx: I like that Vulture idea, i'll see what I can incorporate of the idea into the craft.

Keep it up! I love the simplistic design. Very conservative and fitting of your character I believe. About the whole unique ship idea. I say go for it, everyone says it cant be done because the only person whith one shares it with Igiss himself. But I think if you work at it it can be done.
The other idea would be to work towards a faction, and entire fleet of Tombships moving aross the univers returning the dead to their homes. If a bunch of people have use for the ship it has a better chance of getting in.

That is true.
a faction might give it more chance of being added.
Kad, go for it.. this is what i say.. you want to RP and contribute to the game play of us all.. i am giving you a kudos for that.. and i hope you will get your ship added for you to do your "holy" work
I like the design, but it seems a little undetailed, and not sure how the engine's will be incorporated.
In terms of it being a unique ship, the only other person to have gained one is Mon'Star, and that was after years of RPing in normal craft, a normal craft which never really made total sense. For your idea though a retrofitted liner can make total sense, so thus a unique ship wouldn't be 'necessary' even if desired. However, that said, stick around for a long time, with impeccable roleplay and it is possible.
In more likelihood, and in terms of fairness, it should be unrestricted, a ship for religious types and such, I would think the discordians may like one. I've always considered making some kindof false prophet, for some freelancerised deity.

Really? Because that last post of yours did sound pretty arrogant to me. And on the contrary, I'm not trying to waste time at all. I'm bringing up a valid argument and you are dismissing it because it's not pleasing to you. Sure, everyone else in this thread is going 'wow awesome dude' and stuff, but not all of us can be fooled by pretty renders. Your ship doesn't fit the Freelancer niche right now, and you don't deserve a ship. You're not better than the rest of us just because you decided so.
@Coriko: Now thats an idea as well. (The ship is going to undergo a major re-design at this point anyway.)
What I really need is ideas and concepts for it, throw ANYTHING at me that fits the theme. Tomb, Cathedrals, crypts, etc. Anything really death or religion oriented, just not specific religion symbols as it would be a generic "holy" craft.
