Viper mk II was the best ship of all time for me period. Epic handling, Epic firepower. Plus there was just something good about fighting your enemies in it. Plus of course it had that strange torp setup which was behind the cockpit so shooting a mini was more difficult. But once you could it was rather easy to hit with because you just pointed your nose at the enemy and opened fire.

I had so many fun times downing large ships with that thing. Along with a few buddies of course.

Now for the latest update, Gallia and the SCRA have the coolest fighters/bombers.
As for Capital ships: The Order and IMG have the best looking beasts right now.

Though Mammoth and Behemoth are sweet transports, the Firefly still rules as the fanciest cargo hauler in all of Sirus.

This thread isn't working... Nominate one ship for each catagory people! It defeats the object when someone elects three fighters, or gunboats, or cruisers, or whatever.

If I had to pick one of each, I would go for:

Fighter:
Templar

Bomber:
Waran (already mentioned)

Transports/freighters:
Clydesdale

Gunboats:
Newest version of the Corsair Gunboat (Bulldragon)

Cruisers:
No real preference

Battleships:
No real preference
