Kusari tends to be a dead zone sometimes, no traders every come through even the busiest trade routes. Really boring to pirate there now

Bad luck reaven, I tend to find at least a couple of blockade-runners when I'm around there.
The problem noone pirates in honshu is in my oppinion that it's easy to avoid pirates there without leaving the lane. In NT you can sometimes see pirates and semi-lawfuls at the lanes to all surrounding systems (except hokkaido). But yes, Kyushu is a little bit overpirated, especially the lane to the 29 gate.
