I was with the Corsairs, the whole bunch of them were lolwutters.

On behalf of the OPG and the (sensible) Corsairs that were there, I apologize for some of the... less tasteful aspects of that raid.

There weren't supposed to be that many capital ships, we'd banked on one Osiris and cruiser and the usual fighter/bombers, but the usual corsair caphorde decided to show up. While they should have been turned away, I guess we thought (mistakenly) they would behave and only join the fight if a similar Outcast caphorde decided to come and play.

Grimly was on the Exorcismo and was supposed to keep the indy caps in check, but then decided to crash his internet and get disconnected, at which point the indies decided to throw all caution into the wind and go trigger happy.

So in conclusion... Blame Grimly.

PS: Also blame Athenian for not beaming the caps away.:P
PPS: To original poster: Corsairs are hungry, not poor.

Sorry outcasts, I couldn't hold the dogs with me due to some connection problems.
Once I went back online, I saw the disaster with all caps firing stations, planet and rings ... I immediatly ordered all caps to get in Etna.

I even PMed Athenian for he could kill Diego cause he took "long" to cruise, how lucky he is, he cruised before Athenian could react it seems.

Caps were not supposed to be so high in numbers, but Gentle announced the raid in emergency channel so all indies get in :/

Next time I'll try to hold better the dogs.

i and my right hand are with the corsairs

since grimlys internet connection was lost my right hand got the command

the half of us followed the command of my mate
the other half attacked


and because the size of the fleet
i was asked to support a corsair fight
we was one osiris, one legate and a carrier
bit by bit more ships arrived
so we got an enormus fleet

i saw many times the OCs and the BHGs arrived with cap fleets only
why we arent allowed to do that too?


and the small LR fighter...
i blow him up... cause our order was to safe incoming bombers for regeneration
the ship was red, LR tagged and a LR ship within less then 2k range

so i fired 3 shots and he was gone

i dont know what was wrong to kill a LR while im in a corsair ship
sure, he cant kill me but in RP it was correct i think


for the corsair - liberty event idea... corsairs ZOI dont reach liberty
i wish i can attack liberty

for the idea of the weekly event
one time per week isnt enough
what shall the players do the rest of the week?
also what time do you thinked? we all live in different time zones
so some corsairs need to wake up 3 in the morning to use their ship


and because the caps sitting in london
the corsairs attack london to get food, ship hull panels, engines and other stuff
and we are allowed to attack NL
if the BAF was raided every day you are allowed to whine

sure, i like to raid, and the corsairs need stolen stuff in RP

I'm all for blaming Grimly too. Let's not ruin this by leaving someone random off the hook and sparing them a undeserved and pointless thrashing.

Folks, we can't just beam people cause you ask us to. Well, maybe if you said pretty please. With a cherry on top. I'd have to actually see it happen and even then it would have to be a pretty serious violation. Maybe next time...

I was prompting a few people to try harder. One person can't see everything.
