' Wrote:Ah, sorry for not noticing this earlier. However my point being there was that I have seen (in-game) USI trade ships without any escorts. Universal Shipping is known for shipping high risk and high value cargo, so maybe some sort of rule inside your faction of trade ships not being allowed to fly around without protection could be a nice idea. It creates a lot of work for all those people looking for work.
No problem at all, I'm a big fan of USI. I enjoy the RP you guys have, and I see growth regularly. I shall keep an eye out if I can criticize any in-game actions, all in good favor of course.

Keep it up, I enjoy every second I spend with USI.

Well, the thing is, that people have real life too, and some of us have different (very) timezones. Sometimes it's impossible to make an adequate convoy or to find escorts.

As such, some trade solo, but we try to avoid that whenever possible.

Again, thanx for the feedback, keep it coming:)

Muchacho~Magnifico, While the chat log you provided was minimal, and does not allow for very much analysis, We can assume that you are trying to force my trainee into dropping his cargo.

I am surprised that such a 'tough as nails' kind of guy such as yourself would be brought such hardship by a simple insult.

Your lack of "cohones" aside, it does seem appropriate to provide some etiquette training to our trainees. I expect that insults such as scum, lowlife or nomad entrail would be less rude, and perhaps more applicable.

Greetings, I am Brokenclaw (aka the un-hittable nightmare).

I found myself in a situation today where I was faced with five of your vessels. Now the problem was not that they weren't hitting me and making bad jokes about which of them would kill me, it was that they refused to pay me my two million credits, even after I escaped them.

So after roughly half an hour of dueling and receiving no compensation for entertaining your employees, I felt rather 'used.' You may improve your customer service by sending two million credits to Brokenclaw

Another aspect of your service I disapproved of was that the crew of the [*USI*]Phoenix.somethingarather required the use of a toilet twice during our fight as shown by this picture.

I suggest you enforce a potty training regime to ensure that your pilots do not need to pause during battles.

Aside from these issues I found myself enjoying the entertainment. Here's log of all the pictures I took so that you may make an album of all the good times we had.

Now. Where's my money?

"Hello there "Ravenclaw," it seems you were within the 10k radius of our main base of operations, Trenton Outpost, during this entertainment-only-brawl with our cadets. That was probably the reason why you were surrounded by all sides. Well, I guess this report does say you got away without much damage, so I imagine you handled the pressure of the entertainment quite well."

"As for the captain in question, he did report having a fuel leak in his Stork. Our on-site mechanics tried to repair it for him and asked that he would test it out. It seems the third time was the charm and the patch finally worked. I can assure however, that this is not something that happens regularly or does this in any way hinder our proficiency."

"Now for your prior demand of two million credits, we must deny it. You see, the show was called off after you left and you kind of broke the implicit agreement of the desired entertainment. Although, since you brought this concern of one of our ships having a leak - We would love to give you a reward for your finding. Does four million credits sound good to you?"

"We will have Deep Space Engineering mechanics check out our vessels and make sure something like this doesn't happen again."

I had fun pseudo chasing your guys around New Tokyo last night. Good scouting skills, although your ratio of escorts/transports was a little high for my taste. :D

Well this has gone better than expected. I graciously accept your four million credits and applaud your customer service.

I hope we meet again.

Bye for now.

Coming to Omega-7 and shooting krugers, well, i dunno. Running till the system barrier after you get shot for that, that's a big no. At least in my book. How about yours?

Dunno why you think it's a bad thing. Explain more.

EDIT: Nevermind, me and Sad talked it out on Skype.

A few days ago I had a situation where I found a LNS gunboat, within about 5 kilometers of Trenton, shooting damn near everything in sight (I think he got banned for it), including a group of Starflier players. I tried to deal with it but two of your members (being Teshur and Hoshborn or w/e his name is) kept trying to order a naval (even if it is an indie) ship to move 10 kilometers away from the station due to a 'no fire zone' that I've never heard about before. All the while that gunboat was within this supposed NFZ and they didn't say a word to it.

My problem: Your members are trying to order around military vessels, which is quite OORP. Not only would a real military no doubt ignore any sort of orders, I was trying to do my job of removing a rogue gunboat that was shooting everything in sight, and after a while even started shooting them.

tl;dr Your members try ordering around military dreadnoughts which would never actually happen and is kinda oorp, especially when it's doing a job that in turn would do them a favor.
