Capitalise his name, darn it, even if you capitalise nothing else.

I thought you said you didn't watch Star Wars!

But yeah, seriously. It would really be cool to have different names for places. I was rather surprised to find that after asking every single person in Planetform| that I could find what the names of the various terraforming stations were, to find that they hadn't been named. XD

This is something that's bothered me as well. We need names for cities, continents, districts and what-not on planets. I was thinking we ought to get together and decide on names for these places on each planet, and canonize them, so that we all know we're talking about the same place.

And it seems like that's what's beginning to happen here. Carry on.

I personally think the only city-planets in FL are Manhattan and Leeds. So they don't need names for the cities, but all the other planets do.

Now, a thought just occurred to me, why would we bother naming different things on the planets? We can only land on the one place so there really isn't much point naming different cities on a planet if we can't get to them or use them in any way in-game. Sure it might be good for stories but surely we can make up a name like "District Alpha, Manhattan, New York" whilst writing the story. It would make it look better because then we won't have multitudes of people coming from the same places.

You know, when I created the Wiki pages for all the Bretonian planets, back whenever, I actually did this. I researched the cities the planets were taken from, and named the capital cities after the most prominant/adminastrive districts. I'd also slightly rewritten the infocards too. I included additional bits from the news articles that blended into the text.

However, last time I checked, someone had copy/pasted over it all and replaced it with stock infocards. The names are gone too, which is a shame.

Doesn't Planet Manhattan states that there only is one super mega city on it's surface in it's infocard.

I want to get off Mr. Igiss' wild ride.

Not any more. It was changed with the rest of the House planets' inforcards. Now it's just lots of metrapolis' dotted all over the planet.

Planet Manhatten - Manhatten, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, Staten Island City

See what I did there? Maybe 5 Main cities, as New York City has 5 Main Boroughs.

Planet New London - City of London, City of Westminster, Kensington Gardens, Hammersmith, Camdem

Parts of London noted as major cities, perhaps with London and Westminster being the two main ones?

Planet New Tokyo - Arakawa, Meguro, Nerima, Shibuya, Toshima

All 'wards' in modern day Tokyo, parts of the city, this one is rather cloudy to me :/

Planet New Berlin - Lichtenberg, Mitte, Pankow, Reinickendorf, Spandau

From twelve of Berlins Boroughs.

This what you mean?
