BD don't like GC's use of Cardamine, or ties to the Outcasts. BD would demand GC stop their use of Cardamine (or rather; Stop indoctrinating new members with it)

The part of stopping indoctrinating new members with Cardamine could be done very easy as it wouldn't be needed anymore because the GC would be on the local party already, and not longer tries to get in there.

As such, ties with the Outcasts could, to a certain level, be cutted off.

Cardamine isn't used just to stop KSP agents from infiltrating, but part of the rituals the GC perform. I would think most would continue to use it and to indoctrinate new members even after they become part of the government.

I think Bretonia WTFPWNS Kusari with Liberty and CR's help. Rhineland does an SP and destroys the remaining KNF, leaving the door wide open for GC/BD. Also, Hogosha/FA/Sairs get their collective arse newked, putting Junkers in there.

I'd say civil war. BD and GC don't have really the same goals. They are just allies because they are both against the Kusari governement. Nothing else.
