lmao, anyone here seen that film "behind enemy lines"? this is getting VERY similar to that. military movements inside a de-militerised zone???

as far as i'm aware, sig 13 is still neutral, and i still use it from time to time to explore, or just pass through peacefully.

when in these "De-militarised zones" i won't shoot unless another player opens fire on me first, thus exempting us from a war as it is self defence.

because crossing borders in this system is in violation with a treaty laid out by the chancellor. I aggree that nothing bigger then a fighter with RM signatures should pass through ANY gate or worm hole into the sig systems due to obivious reasons.

But like the other players have already said... the other faction must keep to this deal too, as i'll be keeping a very close eye on the situation too. we find any cap ships, i don't know what will happen, but a discussion will def be needed.

I am pleased to report I have left Kusari space without any problems. However, to exit the area quickly I was forced to go towards Liberty space. Thankfully, the Liberty Sentinals Met-Solomon and Viper allowed me to enter and even escorted me to the Hamburg Jumpgate.

I would like to make a personal recomendation for these two fine members of the Liberty Sentinals to Chanselor Samus. They escorted me all the way to Hamburg, and would have escorted me stright into the Docking Ring of New Berlin if I hadn't told them I would be ok. As such, I would like to make personal recomendations to these people for their actions, and even the rest of the LS.

I am holding on New Berlin, safe at home. Frieden out.

The no-cap-ship deal was only AW and RM, other factions are still allowed access to Sigma-13 as long as they are not associated with either faction.

When you enter an Alliance you take the side of your ally so either act more like an ally or don't be allies if you want to be neutral. Plus i don't think SDF or LS will get mad at you if you let us go through your systems.

The RM was Betrayed and attacked from within By the FF, where not going to take that kind of chance again.

Rheinland is a Millitary exclusion zone except for our ships, has been since the FF attacked Hamburg and Berlin.

As for the TG and IG, we have no ill will, Im sorry that you dislike our Aggressive nature to these move but we must be ready for anything, if a war can come from a Pirate, then what else might cause it?? Maybe simply being at the Wrong place at the Wrong time, as when Dab and Warmaker fought, that came the Neutral status of Sigma-13.

Rheinland Will continue to escort non-faction players if they so like, I don't want Civilians Dieing on my watch.

And by what ive heard theres been several in and around Rheinland, Hell Cruisers in Sigma-13, Gunboats and Battleships in Frankfurt, those are grounds for attacks right there.

So, Im leaving this to the judgement of my officers if they feal threatened, or feal the the safety of other players in RH are threaghtened then its there choice on what to do, But theyMust declare there actions before they act apon them
