Funny thing is about juggernauts, If your fighting another juggernaut with 1 armor upgrade worse than you, Your GOING to win if your a competent cap pilot. Im pretty sure this goes with all the caps versus themselves.
Not all juggernauts are moving freeports. My cyborg grows Synthetic Marijuana in the biodomes because Synth Food Biodomes are too expensive:)
The RP of a Zoner is highly open. You only have a few principles to follow. This is why I like it, unlike a Navy or Police faction, where RP is limited.

Wait... what??
I don't get it... FFS... why does a terrorist (or terror group) need a f-ing capship in any situation??
1) The point of terrorism is that the terrorists leverage quick, untraceable acts to get their message across. The minute a terrorist (even think about it in RL for example) shows up a destroyer, or even a just large group of people it's a war, and the terrorist is toasted by their adversaries. In FL, we can't rely on the Navies or Polices to stop everything when it comes up... so insane things like indie pirate gunboats exist and pseudo-nations (like OC/Corsair) can show up in sovereign territories of legit houses with full-on military fleets.
2) On a player-to-player level... do you plan on beating everyone in PVP? Do you want to just be "better" than the rest? What's the gain? Are you going to fly around collecting pirated funds? Honestly, and this is just me, but giving a capship pilot an indie terrorist license without pages of backstory and maybe even contractual obligations not to abuse the powers should be criminal.
3) Oddly funny this comes up in a discussion about Zoners... the ultimate roleplayers by many accounts. I see a Zoner juggernaut, and despite its huge stature and intimidation value I know that player isn't about to blow the hell out of me. If you ask the pilot, he/she'll have some good stories to tell, and probably make your day better just off the bat.
So should Zoners be understood to only be RPers? Of course not... there's plenty of niche roles and hands-on activities that only an independent, neutral, lawful borderworld population can do. Just never forget that Zoners are a group dedicated to staying out of the normal day-to-day and out of the spotlight of Sirius. As a Zoner, you're never going to be seeing much fabulous action or huge money, but that's not the point (and arguably, never the point in Discovery). Like everything else, you get out what you put into it.
A Corvo is an explorer... the kind of ship send out to find and chart new jumpholes and thus new systems.
A Fearless is an escort vessel and guardian of Freeports, which also has ha generous hold to supply them. With a lot of pirates using gunboats... a tad bigger ship is needed to throw them out if they misbehave.... that or a Zerg Rush...
An Aquilon is an even bigger long range vessel, but also able to hold fighter and bomber wings. Actually the only more or less 'pure war ship' besides the Fearless. I myself think the 'bulk' of any Zoner fleet or militia consists of a swarm of fighter and bombers ;)
The Juggernaut... well, a flying self-sufficient Freeport describes it's intended use. Not as ship of war... but as last resort incase i.e. a Freeport needs to be evacuated, or if Nomads were to make a move... or if Sirius ends up becoming inhospitable to human kind. Many LOLnauts are flying around disregarding that this class of ship is supposed to be a myth.

I understand - but is it possible to get a Juugernaught in as a Terrorist? Not that I hate the Rp of Shagohad is creating, but why a Juggernaught instead of a Pirate BS ?
EDIT: If he does, Im getting a Zoner Jugger as well and engage him in sight with some awesome role play:D

A tiny minority of the Zoners are very rich. The players. The rest are in poverty/poor, as is a logical side-effect of living in the middle of no-where, with no resources save those you make yourself. The ;argest ship you will ever find a Zoner NPC flying is a Dromedray. I get tired of the image people paint of the Zoners, especially when it's that each and every one of them are multi-billionaires.
I RP my clan financing the various big pots flown around... and Zoners have access to some goods noone else has and needs.
Neon on Erie (it's a Zoner planet with a Zoner Government, just the LPI has been invited to patrol)
Iridium in Delta (the only other field is contested)
Deuterium at Gran Canaria
Vanilla Zoner != Disco Zoner
or better Vanilla != Disco

If you want to argue along that line, then not a single faction appart from the House Navies should have access to anything bigger than a gunship/gunboat.
