Looks nice, the one problem is the length, shorten it by 30% and maybe make it 10% - 20% wider, as right now it looks longer than the Juggernaut.
Such extreme length would severely hinder it in terms of foreward/aft firepower.
Edit: Also, you may want to clone the Liberty Dread engine section, or make something similar, as without it it would just look strange as far as Libertonian caps go.

Technically for a carrier-class ship, it's better to have your turrets facing along the sides, since that lets you mount more point defense weaponry (solaris and flaks) in effective positions to take out enemy bombers trying to fire at your largest surface.
It will still have to use Firepower due to the fact that "Spawning NPC's" command does not exist on this mod. Therefore, i'll say you will have a really hard time to get that ship winning against its opponent.
Solution: Cut the ship in have, or 3/4 of it - should be better. Also, remove the "loads" of blocky-ness that it has - it really irritates me. The nose could do some work aswell - example, making it look similar to the Dreadnought -slanted.
The texture itself, i do not like - sorry. I rather use light textures - meaning use the original vanilla textures (do not edit them to darker resolution - seriously it is horrid). Also, put more details, otheer textures instead of using one main one for the whole body.

Oh - you were the one that said that my texture "sucks" from my RFP Gunship proposal. Well, see what happens? Karma. As a good friend, I have gave you as much as i know of modeling and tips. not one sentence that i left that said - "Your texture work sucks!".

My two cents: it doesnt need to be big, it just needs to have a large portion of its volume appear to be devoted to fighters.
Thats the problem with pretty much all carriers ingame currently, bar the aquillion, they dont have an apparent large hanger bay.
Have some sort of LARGE launch tubes. Have them face both fore and aft, so RP wise the ships commander can launch fighters AWAY from incoming fire, so as to not risk fire entering an open hanger airlock door.

There is only a slight bit of curve. I wanted to give it a somewhat monumental impression than the dreadnought. Otherwise, we'd just take a dreadnought, and try to insert a carrier in the middle of it, wouldn't we?
