Dude, I know the second has a bad shape.

It says right in my posts that I planed on using the shape
from the first pic and only the texture from the second.

Wow! I appreciate the link. Seems the bug is catching on and there will be exploration vessels in every house. I hope I'm able to bring any kind of justice to what you have in mind. Although the project I have going is most likely a good portion smaller than a full Liner Class ship. Gunboat size, Albatross size, something along those lines so it can be whipped through an asteroid field without too much vocal hostilities toward your computer screen.

Anyway, this was long ago, and nothing ever came of it, so you're free to make your research ship as you like. I don't see any others coming anytime soon.
