When the AI ID went from being restricted to being open, that hurt our membership recruiting ability, because then anyone that wanted an AI ship just went out and bought one. And now they're doing all sorts of weird stuff with them that are having people complain about AI ships doing things that AI ships shouldn't be doing.
That and I know we've all had some different RL things come up that have hurt our online activities. I've only been able to be online a little while, our glorious leader (!) had a computer take a dump on him, and then there's school issues, of course.
We still get on and RP - just had some forum stuff lately due to the latest ORI crisis. But yeah, we'll work on the online time.
why don't you people throw those lovely indies in factions and then retrain them ? That works marvelous. Is a bit of work but you would have your activity quota up in no time ... and use angels

Those lovely indies have to want to join a faction. Can't just throw em in.
But yes, I'll be pointing people in the direction of these factions, when I'm Angeling.
I dunno in CR we use propaganda , and we are a bit stubborn and we stay on the indies until they will join. and if not we will try. But i am talking about the members of those factions. They should do it. A few minutes a day.
In my humble oppinion i think that all the indies with Kishiro iff and id , republican , ALG , GMG , LN , LPI , BPA , BAF should join the official groups and let only the Freelancers , mercs , pirates , you know the generic ID to be FREE. Rest , join the factions. Obey rules and protocol.
I concur on some levels but I completely understand if people want to remain independent. As for getting indies to join your faction, it's a lot harder than it might seem.
Problem with some of the factions like GMG| is that they have nothing to do...
Sigmas is meant to be a warzone between Corsairs and Outcasts, and also the main source of H-Fuel. Corsairs nowadays pirate in Dublin, and Outcasts in Taus, and they fight their war in <strike>Omicron Eta</strike> each other's Home system. Same with H-Fuel, it's not a minable material, so it's not something that attracts attention to the faction.
I've actually considered applying for GMG|, but more I thought about it, less reason I found for doing so. They have cool ships, and that's about it, they really don't have much to use those cool ships for. Now if I'm wrong, someone please convince me, and I'll reconsider joining that faction, and I'm sure the info will help others too.
