Yes. It is. It uses arround 2000 energy (dont remember, i only used it once at SP). It does not have tracking habilities. Speed 750 M/s (unsure).
BTW, the animation of this wep is.... weak. It looks like an outcasts wyrm. Can the animation be reworked so it looks like a big terrifying bolt of.... something? (like a cruiser forward gun but red instead of white, and ovaloid instead of spherical. And smaller...)
