Probably could just RP an Administrative change with your character taking over. The list that Crackpunch quoted from Daedric is accurate. Although, unless he's given it up, yeah, Sadtranslation was running FP1.
Which, given that the list is of currently occupied bases, I suppose that means the following would be free:
Porto Novo, Omega-50
Corfu Base, Omicron Theta*
Lanzarote Base, Omega-49*
Of course, the last two have asterisks since they're close and might be under the domain of their nearby groups. The Virulian Enclave currently are responsible for Gran Canaria, so you'll have to chat with them about Lanzarote, and the same goes for Corfu, which has FP9 and the Omicroners next door. They probably won't mind, but you'll want to at least be in touch with those folks due to the close proximity.
I should note as well that there was some old RP a while back where the ZA sold off Bethlehem Station to Synth Foods. You'll have to do some digging on that, maybe give Doc Holliday a ring and ask him. As far as I'm aware, the deal closed and Synth owns the station, the devs just haven't released an update to the mod at all since that time to change the ownership in-game.
