Now I know why Marshal stays in Munich, all the outlaws! Done doing a slight 360 patrol when I caught this liberty mammoth class transport ID of EJhauling Military Vehicles, with a Civi ID of all things! Well, gave him a chance to do an about face and I escorted him back to Munich to drop off the cargo. Low and behold, I find another varmint dun trying to evacuate some Military vehicles. Ships ID was Xns and get this, NO ID, NO IFF. That'€™s what I call a ghost bandit. I think I dun used half my CD on that dude just trying to get him to listen to reason. That wasn'€™t happenin and after a few seconds, neither was he. With no transports in the region, I disposed of the Military Vehicles and continued to escort this other varmint to Munich, planet side.

Well back in Munic, this Xns guy was nothing if not persistent. Seems he had another ship floating around and just itching to haul cargo he knows he dun need to be carryin. Another twelve CDs later and him not responding a twitch, I lit him up like a roman candle.

Sad part was, the EL seemed to be making an end run on me, slippin by while Xns was having his fun. So many levels of wrong. His mistake was noted and double barrled into the sunset.

// On a side note, I'€™m not going to report this Xns guy even though he broke a few rules. I figured he was either given the ship and $ and just didn'€™t bother to read rules or care to understand. Hopefully when he tosses a fit being killed three times, it will sink in.

Doin my rounds again I run into this varmint trying to pass the cargo they know they aint supposed to carry! Should put a big o'€™l hovering sign on the door saying '€œBe smart follow the law!'€ But some dudes got about as much sense in them as an empty gun in a shoot out.

Thing to note, that varmint got an ALG IFF but an IC ID. Yea, that won't fly too long. I managed to give the varmint a reprieve and escorted him back to Nuremburg where he immediately threatened to sue and get me into real trouble. I'€™m shaking now.
  • Incident System: Frankfurt to Munich
  • IFF: ALG
  • ID: Interspace Commerce
  • Ship Type: Shetland Bretonian train
  • Ship name: fatkulov
  • Illegal transaction: Transporting Military Vehicles. (1000)

Had some activity in Munich today, running into a transport we'€™ve seen before. I guess he just didn'€™t learn his lesson. Same issue, stealing Military Vehicles (1000) and having a consistently misleading IFF of an ALG ship while carrying an Interspace Commerce ID. He wasn'€™t nearly as rude to me as he seems to have been to Kent, but two times is enough in my book. He left Munich with his tail between his legs but he'€™s going on the bloody criminal database none the less.

Ran a standard patrol and the moment I undocked from New Berlin this Rip Van winkle Rorry guy comes out of somewhere. The other freelancers pitched a fit about him, but with a possy and me riding shot gun, he wasn't gona see a new sunset. Everyone was pitching a fit and I just wanted to give my two cents worth. Chasing the varmint to Frankfurt, he didn'€™t get very far. Justice is served.

On to Omega 7, knew there would be some needing for patrols. Guarding some miners on the southern fields we kept getting random communication shatter that a bunch of pirates were out there ripping hulls in two. Well, I wasn'€™t going to run around like a jack rabbit for them and had to guard the miners too. A Baron of all people joined up with me and we finally found the varmint! Apparently, the Baron didn'€™t know Anomalous.activity was on the hangin list I shouted it out, cause I didn'€™t want that bandit to scoot. That pirate was fixin to aim a SNAC shot on that Baron and wasn'€™t a bright thing. Lined up and gave him all barrels until he was a extra crispy pirate. Miners were really happy too.

Give a man seeds and he'€™ll plant a garden. Give the same man a broom and he'€™ll clean house. Give that same man desperation and he'€™ll beat his neighbor with the broom to steal his seeds.

Met this varmint just after he dun rob some interspace trader. The vamrint's ship ID was Venator.MKIII. Well, took a short mite of time, but there was guilty by omission and because the transport captain said so. Had a right good talk with the varmint and convinced him the error of his shady ways.

I first thought he was one of rorrys men, but he was just another lone pirate. I'€™m sure he'€™ll be flying under Rip'€™s skirt before too long. In the mean time, Frankfurt is a mite safer.

We launched into Frankfurt and immediately ran into a police patrol whom had stopped two Bowex transports and had taken care of the legal matters. Holding out by Mainz we ran into fatkulov who was again, carrying military vehicles. Still carrying an Interspace Commerce ID and upon informing them that they are now wanted by Rheinland, they attempted to evade us through the trade lanes, but we disrupted them before it could lock into transit. Seeing how they continue to break Rheinland'€™s law and showed no intentions of following the law, we terminated their vehicle, dispatching the damaged cargo in space.

When they were picked up by Mainz S&R, they communicated with us from medical about their situation they found themselves in with Rheinland. We expressed their need to register with a Rheinland company if they intend to continue to haul military vehicles. With any hope, they will comply and actually become a benefit to Rheinalnd rather than a blight.

[]-conversation-[]

I If I may be so bold as to say this Sir, I have been noticing a pattern in the intercepted transports in and out of Munich with Military Vehicles:
1. On the initial contact with the offending transports, there is an outright blatant disregard to Rheinland'€™s restrictions, even to go as far as to threaten with sanctions and open legal actions.
2. Upon the second contact, when the same ship is either listed on the federal police wanted list or merely captured or detained by one of us, there is a complete reversal of the actions of the same transport. They either comply with our demands that they return the military cargo, or make efforts to repay Rheinland for their crimes.

These observations, of course, only applies to ships bearing a legal affiliated ID/IFF

This may be one of those times where doing what your gut tells you is right, may land me into the fire. We ran into this liner exiting from the Frankfurt system into Sigma 13. We were unable to get a scan or ID until we reached Sigma 13 and discovered it was a Pilgrim liner full of slaves. We knew what ever jurisdiction we were afforded by the Rheinwehr was stretched thin just being in the Sigmas, but my gut compelled me to do what I could to free those people. Ship ID as follows.

Ship Type: TTR-1130 Series Pilgrim Slave Liner
Ship Name: Algal.Bloom
Pilot ID: Slaver
Cargo: 3840 Slaves

To make matters worse, we aggressively perused the slave liner into Sigma 19, just 4 kilometers from the Gas miners base. Upon destruction of the pilgrim slave liner, we were left with the task of attempting to bring those people to what ever place they could call home. We cycled through the communication frequencies and found a [KSP]Toru.Kondo [i] who was thankfully in a near by system. We requested any transport that could transport these people to safety and they aggreeded to sent one of their transports, the [i] Laughing.Mazoku . We were first skeptic it being a Hogasha IFF ship, but with the police escorting it, I really felt those people were safer heading back to New Tokyo then God knows where with that Slave ship. They were grateful for my act and even rewarded me for my kindness and helping those people.

All that aside, I went out of the bounds of the contract stipulated by Rheinland through the Rheinwehr and'€¦I'€™m prepare to face any reprimand that may be necessary to address this properly. I'€™m not going to make a habit of running off Rheinland space to chase down any pirate, but I couldn'€™t leave those people to what ever fate awaited them. If, I had to do it again, I believe I would have. I leave this matter into your capable hands.

Rheinland, I gave the Bounty Hunter core a good day to sort things out but now I have to report this. Rheinland House rules prevents any Capital ship from entering their systems if they are not Rheinland. While in Munich, I ran into this and I'll admit, didn't know what it was until I got a good scan on it. I didnt notice any tags on the Ship but it did have a Core ID, and it was hovering around the orbitalstation. To make matters worse, it landed at the orbital station. I hope the Core chaps dont toss a fit about this, but they are supposed to be legals, right?

**sings** God bless Rhei-a-land Land that I love, stand beside her, and guide her, from-the-stupid-idiot-junkers-who-think-they-can-walk-through-Rheinland-with-a-cargo-load-of ARTIFACTS!

Glad on many levels to be back from Tau 31 to the wonderful land of Stuttgart. I see the criminals are in full swing and still no one pays attention to small fighters like mine. Ha HA! I love this job.

Ship type: Junker salvage frigate <-- hahah frig it
Ship name: Nitroglicerinko <--that'€™s a great name by the way
The bad: 3179 Artifacts that Indiana Jones wouldn'€™t touch

This one got away from me chaps. Another Freelancer Ice_Sweet. in one of those DL border world transports was detected leaving Nuremburg with a cargo load of Military Vehicles but was able to evade me easily when a bunch of rookies disrupted my ship to bloody hell. I'€™ll report him on the criminal database as I'€™ve seen him operate in and around Munich before.
