Well, the gold sell point is a welcome addition. I must ask, however, does that come paired with a respective Gold drop in Dublin? Last time I was down there, which was about a month ago, I wasn't getting any drops with a GMS ID at all in any of the fields. I'm going to head down when I get a chance later just to check again and make sure it wasn't a fluke, but I figured I'd ask anyhow.

Of course, we'd be perfectly happy to mine BMM ships as an alternative.

I believe that's roughly what I was thinking -- don't forget to mine mollies. They're tasty too.

I love that part! Ingame contracts are already under way. =)

The +25 % advantage for small miners is great, too!

I will have to do some testing. =)

Tnx Cannon!!!

There's plenty of freeports that carry them. Freeport 1... I believe 5 and 9 carry them too. It'd make sense for the Sairs to need to hunt for those.

As for a gold ore bonus for the GMS... makes sense if they want the ore, to give em a bonus. x2.5 sounds reasonable with the default mining ships. That brings their count for ore bonuses on par with the rest of the house mining corporations - which all have 3 ores they specialize on.

Music to my ears.

Aeternus, if you can swing it, GMS would love you forever. It's not absolutely necessary, but I'm certainly not one to argue with having more ore available.

I think I just noticed a tiny bug.

I undocked from Dabadoru and was swarmed by Nomads. I target one and noticed if I shoot any of the Iridium rocks it says "Insufficient cargo space". I assume this is because the mod thinks I'm trying to put the ore in the Nomad's cargo?

NPC lootninjas.

Hilarity ensues as a swarm of Dacites chase down a Kruger Advanced Train.

For zoners RPing Iridium miners, use the Zoner IFF in combination with a "Miner" ID. The "Miner" ID has the highest iridium bonus. Field depletion applies, but you're unlikely to mine out those fields with the drops they give. BHG can do the same thing if they want to RP their own iridium harvesting corp.

Unlikely. I think it was your own cargo hold that was full. Game ignores NPCs for purposes of cargo filling. But now I think on it - makes for a nice bit of scrap cash for people hunting nomads if the missions spawn in that cloud:D
