Not many people know about this, but, if you jump through the Nomad gate ( pretty hard to do) you turn up in a new system they've added.. " Vaped Battlestar", full of these amazing wrecks... Remember, 1bill for each one you manage to find, I'll give you 10billion if you put in the effort to get an Admin shield..
As yes the fabled admin shield, I may have a quired one or 2 in my travels and for the last time Gezza im not selling you one, they are for display purposes only, unless someone tries to shoot me, then they'll fall victem to the other lootable objects available in my armoury hehehehehehe ^^
Honestly I mean cant you be bothered to go in yourself or are you too scared of the NPC guard who all fly ships with mark 8 cap ship armour upgrades and special guard cap ship weaps. That goes for the rest of you cowards to owho are also scared of a little heat in flight. Well go on I dare ya to go and try and get them.
Coincidentally i also belive that there is a second jump hole in to the system. Located just off the map somewhere on the West side in Omicron Iota. Happy Hunting all, if ya have the guts that is.
I know where it is Cortana, I just have to find it. - Commodore Puddles
In addition, there is something very special...it took me a frigging week of exploring to find this, but it's worth it. I know you probably won't believe me, but I was able to take out a battleship in my LF! You don't believe me, do you? Well, go to Omicron Delta. At the intersection of coordinates C and D, 5 and 6, you will find a jump hole labelled "Unknown". Take it. It'll put you in a weird system with the Nomad lair in it, and your navmap won't work in this system.
Now here's where the tough part starts. Turn west, and go 50k. Be careful that you don't change direction while dodging asteroids! Then go south 20k. Then west another 50k. Finally, go north 150k. That way you'll avoid the Nomad Sunkiller patrols - yeah, you know that ship in the extended intro? THIS is where it went after the intro, with its friends. You DO NOT want to be hit by that gun! Thus the crazy directions to get you around it. Lots of trial and error, I can tell you that!
But once you DO get there...you will discover something, and you will be able to show everyone how to get vaped. I won't give away any more, have a look for yourself!

...okay, fine. I can't keep the secret anymore! Look, Disco, I 'm reeeeally sorry, but it is just TOO cool for only the real veterans of the server to know. The directions are how you can sneak up behind the sun-destroying ship, now derelict. Yes, it's derelict, but if you approach from the front it'll shoot you. So you approach from behind (no puns or jokes, please) and give it a few good shots to knock the gun loose. Bam! Now you have the most powerful weapon in Sirius, possibly in the galaxy. Just be sure you LAND somewhere quickly and MOUNT it, or you'll lose it the next time you get blown up!
Don't forget the hidden friendly Nomad base in Colorado...
Zealot Wrote:Just go play the game and have fun dammit.
Treewyrm Wrote:all in all the conclusion is that disco doesn't need antagonist factions, it doesn't need phantoms, it doesn't need nomads, it doesn't need coalition and it doesn't need many other things, no AIs, the game is hijacked by morons to confuse the game with their dickwaving generic competition games mixed up with troll-of-the-day.
I remember drunkenly Flying in to this star in the Omicron Iota system a few weeks ago and and too my suprise firstally i didnt get killed and secondally there was the most amazing base insidew it it sold the most butiful equipment all for 1 credit, i brought a couple of thoes vaped starkillers, thoes things pack a punch
Unlike most of you, I've actually docked on the Lost Battlestar.:P
I know the super UBER secret way to do that, but I'm not telling.:nono:
I've seen all the stuff that you can buy there: weapons, shields, IDs, equipment, not to mention lots of Admin stuff. If you dock there, make sure to buy lots of stuff and show it to everybody.
