I think the best chance to look for the release is the timezone GMT + 0. The server's time is like that...and it may be probably that it will be released 0:00 GMT.

This isen't some massive corperation. They arn't all working in some building somewhere with people working nights etc. It'll be released whenever whoever is ment to release it has the chance to upload it to whatever site its going to.

Basically my question is already asked in the topic - when is 4.86 available?
I am aware that is is coming "at the 30th".

But when? And in which timezone?
I'd like to know when i can start downloading it.
