Hmm.... it looks like the sort of game I'd like. It's unfortunate that it's only a console game, as I only have my PC. If I ever play it, though, I can garuantee I'll be abusing the force powers like nothing else. Push/pull and choke especially. Screw lightning, I want to be able to beat someone to death with their own arm, or make a stormtrooper pyramid. Or just bounce things off walls. :D:D

I'm psyched about it, Just wish they'd get it out sooner, i hear it isnt being released till the end of this year.

I like being the bad guy though =) I played evil with most of my KOTOR / KOTOR2 characters, usually sith master. I also used to play Starwars: Galaxies (starwars MMORPG for those who dont know about it) before sony destroyed the game with bad decisions. In SWG I played a zabrak dark jedi / master imperial pilot / bounty hunter (3 points in bounty hunter so i could take missions to hunt down player jedi). Had my decimator flagship, loved that thing... it's a shame they killed the game.

I will take much joy in crushing jedi skulls against the wall with force powers.

Railroad plot (standard console plot, har har har)

The lightsabre is bloody *weak*... three strikes to kill a soldier, yeah right.

Pulling a Star Destroyer into \ out of orbit by using the force? What's to keep the Emperor himself from doing this if some punk ass emo working for Vader could do it?

Grah... I'll play it when, or if, it comes for PC, but i'm not too sure that it's going to be as good as most people belive it will be.

Also, two weeks to STALKER: Clear sky. HELL. YES.

as the developers of the game have said, "This game is all about kicking ass with the force"

You arent supposed to be using your lightsaber all that much, you're supposed to be throwing people into walls and off cliffs with uberleet force powers =P

Hm...I realize that, but honestly, unless every persons armor in the game is made of Cortosis fiber (answer: not) one cut/thrust should take out a Stormtrooper. That's the problem with all SW games, it always turns into Star Wars Jedi Massacre if the lightsaber is done properly.

...which is why the folks at Lucasarts gave us G_Saberrealisticcombat. Oh yes.

Also, the ISD (MK I or MK II) isn't capable of operating within an atmosphere. Only the Venator and Victory can do that.

I still say Jedi Knight: Jedi Outcast and Rogue Squadron One were better:D(even though you can't fly a B-wing -.-)

...I'm gonna go play some Jedi Academy now. Staff Lightsaber FTW! The latest in Stormtrooper-removal technology: 22-year-old irate blue Twi'lek chick with a chip on her shoulder, orders from Like Skywalker, a double-bladed Lighstaber and a surprisingly nice butt for a computerized figure.
