-- if i had a pressing issue to comment - but would mind what the "community" thinks of me much, i d not dare to post it anymore. - not too nice to say that.

other than that. i m prolly quite lax when it comes to the faction creation stuff. - i find it much more important what a faction develops into after being a decent time on the server. - most factions are played enthusiasticly and with great RP efford........ for the first few weeks, but people get lazy afterwards.

when its about UoG, i haven t seen much to complain about. the gathering in leeds with a huge fleet of warships was a bit inappropriate, but it was an event, - and i guess one has to gather somewhere. when i saw the mollies in dublin interacting with others - they were usually doing OK. - not brilliant, but above average. - anyway, i had not very much contact with the UoG, cause there are hardly any places that i clash into them on my chars.

so far, the faction is fine - and i don t care what ships they allow, i care how the RP the ships they have.

edit: you only have a destroyer as a flagship anymore? - prolly suits the faction better, cause you guys practicly live in an asteroid field and a bigger ship would have serious problems to slip through.

edit2: UoG and mollies in general would be a candidate for a real independence imo. its not much the NPC faction as such, but what the playerfaction made of it. they grew powerful - when it comes to perception ( and in direct comparrisson to the gaians for example ). there are rarely if ever corsair raids on the mollies, the bretonian goverment looks upon the mollies in a kinder way, since they do assist the bretonians in the kusari war ( rumor on holman outpost ). - so there is a great room for developement and RP.

Correction, it was both not needed and most definately not required. Is ignoring someone who you disagree with that hard? If it is, and it seems so from your post kress theres a handy little option in the member profile window, called: ignore I strongly recommend you use it.

I don't agree with allowing allies ships because yours are considered 'bad'. If you still use them then people will respect your ship choice more, especially if you manage to beat them. Whereas using allies ships allows them to claim, rightly or wrongly that you only won because of the ships you used.

Then again this might be a by-product of the 'winning = good RP' attitude that seems to have sunk in on the server.

But, thats how I view it, it's your faction to do with whatever you like, within the boundaries of the server rules of course.

Weapons: My new idea is no more than 2 nomad guns per ship, but having to have two Molly guns severly limits our Greyhound tell me what you think about that. It has 4 10 slots and needs them.

ZoI: Dublin, Bretonia if under attack by Corsairs etc. or escorting gold traders, Taus (attacking CR), Omega-5 (Hessain Base, staging against Corsairs)

I need to update faction status badly...will get on it soon.

Well I would say 4 codes allowed... but no nomads... as I don't see any nomads around Dublin.

The fact that 49 is hidden from the Mollies really does not make sense to me, they've their main base at its doorstep, and the zoners are inviting the corsairs in to keep out the mollies, hessians, and bretonia. It could be argued that the BHG and Corsair swarms serve to keep the mollies at bay, because even I have trouble getting out of that asteroid field, and moreover, Lanzerotte is supposed to be a major defensive installation, so I would think the Mollies know it exists, and visit it on occasion.

I believe the BMM should be hostile, as the official bretonian position is on withdrawing support from the BMM and reaching out to the mollies, while not actually telling the BMM to pull back. I'm in favor of this plan because Bretonian corps have a history of abuse, and bretonia doesn't often reign them in. If bowex were to abuse miners in rheinland, for example, bretonia would not care, and it would be rheinland's job to deal with them. So, as Bretonia is granting the Mollies status as an Protecterate (not an entirely independent nation, but with its own political structures backed up by bretonian guns when necessary) it becomes the Mollie's jobs to police the BMM in Dublin. And since the BMM seem to be ignoring your sovereignty, it is entirely lawful for you to penalize them as you see fit.

Agreed, but understand we won't be enemy with BMM NPCs, if we did that, well yeah you should know. Plus there are almost no BMM PCs, someone make that faction so we can police them! :P
