I would think that a faction in the exiles' position would want as many friends as possibru.
I would also think that an emperor who had just lost his empire would be somewhat pre-occupied with getting it back, as opposed to remaining hostile to a faction which has little to do with that goal.
It would make more sense to declare neutrality in-rp. The old emperor just lost trillions upon trillions of miles of territory. Why in the hell would he allocate valuable military resources to go after a minor nuisance like the occassional junker? Gallia and the new kusari gov't should be their only concern.
He could always backstab them if he ever makes it back to New Tokyo.
And no, I don't have a junker char, so this affects me not, just stating mai opinion on the matter.
Idk. While on the whole I think 'kusari hates junkers' is somewhat overplayed and not really based off much (who cares if your previous organised crime floozies are replaced by new ones? Who even notices?), you've got to think that an emperor who has lost 99% of what he has, who he was etc., is clawing at everything that remains to keep it his, and is not going to slough off another part of his identity at a time like this. It's a government-in-exile, it basically doesn't exist and is essentially just an idea. You want to keep that idea alive.
Really surprising, to see how loud <strike>the</strike> some junkers cry when only a base on a lane in -one- bloody system is hostile to them. Leeds is a war zone. Reps are as intended, that bigbadbattleship is hostile to the Junkers. Frankly, most of Bretonia would be viewing junkers with renewed scrutiny after it was revealed they had been Gallic spies for the longest of time...
Deal with it.

Yea, it's not the battleship, it's the battleship and Exile NPCs turning me red to Bretonia that I don't like.
