Tradic - it's nice, but IMHO - You need to use diferent effect on text 'frozen' it's not a best option.
and maybe clear pic a little (under the main pic there is some 'dirt' and align the edges of the circle)

my second try, no, its not the same, the bottom of the logo is not so dark as it was.
