The question I'd like to ask, Pancakes, is if that gunboat and those Katanas were the ones to start the fight with those destroyers?
If I am part of a large force flying around and a smaller force attacks us, you can bet 100% of that large force is going to be used to destroy the smaller force. If you don't like being outnumbered, don't attack a larger force.
Now, if they logged five dessies after the fact.........yea. Lame.

I was a third party observer, none of the fighting sides btw.
And it was originally 2 dessies vs the 2 katanas+ GB, the other 3 joined in few minutes later. However, if you gank, you shouldn't expect to be treated any better - it's a double edged sword.

as for our shared role with the KPT in keeping the samurai in line, that is as exactly as sounds, we will enforce the same laws upon them as we would ourselves and our civilians. This is our duty in Kusari Core space. If the KNF want to break Kusari law, go do it in the Tau's or some other place the KSP doesn't patrol. I will stick by this duty no matter what.
The ganking. While I admit it is a cheap tactic. Some of the guys are newish at this whole policing thing. Extremist measures are occurring less and less as they get better at snubs. It is something we're trying to cut back on. But coming at an enemy with odds in our favor is something i am not ashamed to admit we do. It is an art of war, and this is the war against CRIME.
For either a KNF or KSP to act, in game, against one another, there must be clear evidence of a major crime in progess. Kai is in the wrong to interpret the laws so loosely - it undermines trust between the law enforcement agencies.
That being said, the KSP have a duty to report suspicious activity.
I am still waiting for the Admiral involved in this incident to give a full account of his actions.

If KSP is going to use lone Destroyers as regular patrol unit, pursuing lone targets, then I say it is not good to apply for official status while strict code of conduct is not yet implemented.
Unfortunately the [KSP] tag has never been passworded, and there are still some who pursue their own line of work indy style. I assure you this officer is not accounted for in our Rollcalls or Member lists. If he were, he'd not be doing that.
His ship doesn't even follow our naming protocols.
Last time Kusari was revived, thanks also to you. I wish you good luck with request, server atm is too unbalanced on unlawful side and every law enforcer is needed. Clean Kusari guys.
