At the very least, is this going to be setting some sort of precedent?
Will other factions be able to request unbalanced things on their ID's based on some sort of merit or roleplay reason?
EDIT: Last i recall, Dusty, the IMG was engaged in death struggles with the two largest pirate groups in Sirius and an extremely dirty corporate rivalry with Kruger, and suffered from animosity within Kusari and Rheinland.
Diplomacy makes all the difference.
And why was this change applied specifically to the OSI ID and not to the Zoner ID's in general?
That seems elitest, and i recall getting involved with an extremely heated argument with an admin not too long ago about that very thing.

At the risk of getting some hate directed at the faction I lead - the same can be said of the IMG ID, short of a rephack against the most predominant unlawful groups. But IMG is able to trade virtually anywhere, has a ship and weapons line of it's own, and can mine on top of that. And that ID in it's current form has been around for much longer then OSI's.
Besides, a pod of Zoner Whales is a pirate dream. They can't defend themselves, and keel over quite fast when shooting starts.

We could always trade anywhere our heart desired, doesn't mean we did. Majority of our trading happens to be in support of the faction's role play and lore.
