Personally, I'd like to say I like the thrill have *not* having
a neutral ID. It allows me to engage or be engaged and makes
it alot more risky. But with more risk comes more reward (or
punishment if the interviewee takes exception to me).

Depending on the nature of the company, you could be corrupt, bought over by the government or their opposition, or rigidly neutral, reporting only facts.

Civilian, Over 36 level so that i can be engaged....:(
I cant go higher on Civ. I might go for a freelancer ID so I can go over 40.
