Because I wasn't ever 10 k away, in fact I never got more than 2 k away from the AFA, who was the closest pursuer, and that was after he hit cruise while I was on afterburner, e killed, and shot at me. That allowed me to change direction and cruise, and gave me that 2k. The two KNF were only one or two k behind him.

Good, rules lawyering during combat is annoying, and I wasn't hiding, I was fighting, doing SN runs on the two bounty hunters. The JG was there so I used it.
Me and at least 1 more were fighting the GC..when we killed it I saw you on 10k. So you are not in a fight with me any longer.. I hit cruise to come to you. Don't see any problem with it at all.
No idea what was happening back there with AFA.

If I was 10 k away how did two KNF magically appear with the AFA guy? Teleportation?
The fact is I was on afterburner, the AFA stayed within gun range pursuing me, went to cruise when I was still on afterburner as soon as his afterburner tapped out. If you cruised to catch me on afterburner while I was still with the AFA isn't that illegal?
You were grouped with that AFA guy right? So you could catch up at 420k?
The GC thrusts away in one direction, while still under fire ( so you can't say he's leaving much), by the time he gets killed his pursuers are 10k away from you.
So they "ran" from you? Or you "ran" from them?
I would say neither, the fight got separated, so these two parties are not in a fight any longer and both sides can use cruise to come to the other one.

I would say we were not in a fight then, also if you look at some sanctions people got sanctioned for thrusting away from a fight then coming to fight again in the same system. So it's not that "if you thrust you have never fled".

Before I ever hit cruise the AFA guy had cruised, z keyed, and shot at me while I was still on afterburner.
You were grouped with the AFA, you were never 10 k away, if you were 10 k away how could you catch up? You couldn't, right?
You were able to catch up because I was in afterburner, the AFA was with me, and you did a formation on him for 420 cruise, right?

I was 10k away killing the GC that thrusted away from you fighting the AFA, I was able to catch up on normal 350 speed since:
1. you were thrusting
2. you were headed towards the JH, so I could cut the corner.

I didn't head toward the JH until all three of you were on me.
The AFA followed me the whole time, I was on afterburner the whole time with the AFA on me, he hit cruise even though I didn't, not until all three of you were there.
If you cruised to catch me while I'm on afterburner and still in gun range of the pursing AFA isn't that illegal?

I'm not hot (If you saw my picture you'd agree), I'm just trying to clarify things.
If he got separated in group combat, I was 10 k away on afterburners (actually far less than 10 k away), never hit cruise at that point (didn't need to with a cheetah afterburner) and was still in combat with one AFA and he hit cruise to catch us isn't that a violation?
And what good is a sanction report? There's no proof, even screenshots wouldn't show any proof and who has time to hit print screen in combat anyway?
