Deal with those who abuse the ID with some RP and before you know it they will be outlawed in Bretonia.

Reporting rogue privateers to the Bret factions is a sure fire way to get results, so long as there is an actual offence committed. We've no incentive to protect them, and we're happy to throw them to the wolves if they're acting out of line - we won't treat them like Kusari did with the Hogsha in .85, so don't worry about that.
